、Hey AIESEC!Whats up?How do you feel?Excellent! How do you really really feel?Fucking excellent! You may ask what I am talking about. This is the awesome-inspiring 2023 Autumn Nanjing Lead RIC(regional induction conference) AIESEC, lasting for the whole days ,or literally speaking, along with two night

、s. At some point, I have entered a brand new world with a tattoo on my heart: AIESEC.At the very beginning, were actually thrilled at the splendid opening with a great deal of bustle and excitement, inclusive of the passionate roll call dance, witty welcome of the chair who is an alumna of AIESEC, d

、iligently hardworking OC(organizational committee), as well as funny and excellent MC(member committee). Significantly, over four hundred AIESECers from eastern regions like Zhejiang, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Xian all rushed towards this once-in-a-year event, and some even travelled for totally 1

、8 hours. For the first time I felt a strong power and unity of a team defying my understanding, which is what I could not expect from other students society. All people, from the participating members, facilitators to the OC, MC have devoted their full attention, some even sacrificed their studies a

、nd other work in order to support this fabulous stage for us to learn, to perform, to get involved into AIESEC.I sincerely appreciate their unremitting preparations and holding and I am impressed in a great many ways. I remember being asked to put down my goals on a piece of paper and paste it on a

、wall with all the others. I wanted to open my mindset, get involved and meet people with a independent and different view. From general perspectives, I did.First of all, it did broaden my mind through the mind-blowing roll call dances by all delegations, the amazing races among different home groups

、, the vividly interesting simulations and the wonderful workshops by foreign speakers. Honestly speaking, I get involved in most of the conference, which is to say, I did miss somethe house party after the scolling . It is said to be rather open that if you still have your first kiss youd rather ski

、p it. I am kidding.Despite all the fascinating activities, what impressed me most is a boy from FDU who stood up to the chair and the whole OC and MC. From beginning to end the conference is English, which is , as a matter of fact, an obstacle to most new AIESECers. It was on the tips of everyones t

、ongue, but only he split it out. During one of the sessions, this boy stood up and appealed for a change. He said, do we have any foreigners here? Do we have to use English in a room packed with Chinese people? Chinese is a beautiful language, why dont we use it? This theory evoked great repercussio

、ns in the hall and fellows showed their support with a burst of applause. I was shocked indeed. I didnt remember a single word the host later explained but I have been long forgetting his criticizing the true definition of a world vision. As a English-majored student, I did speak English a lot in da

、ily life and take it for granted that I am learning English so it is necessary to indulge in an language atmosphere. In light of this, we listen to English music, watch US TV shows, write English journals and even chat in English. Be somewhere, I really wonder why I am learning English, to speak lik

、e a foreigner or to have a world mindset with a Chinese soul?I have to admit, in parenthesis, that AIESEC is an international organization and English is her official language. I do not blame her for this but it reminds me of the so-called “world vision thing. There is an inclination for the Chinese

、 society to internationalization, thus they invite some foreigners to their companies or schools or even kindergartens, in most cases without rational thinking. Seriously, is a global vision an American accent? As English-majored students, we still have a long way to go, or in the most refined sense

、, we have to shoulder the responsibility of representing Chinese which is a weak and disadvantaged language at the moment. Firstly, we have to master our mother tongue then we turn to the privileged languge-English. Most importantly,we have to keep in mind that a global vision vision requires a Chin

、esesoul.Do forgive my obsessive craze for HP. I know sometimes I will scream when I read or watch them.Well, I am under the impression that a little bit obsession will help get involved which is good fro me to get rid of my flightiness and rashness. I do not want to give a judgment when it is still

、a distant phone call for me. So I urge myself to go deep about anything I am interested. I really learned a lot in doing this way.Thank you for your comments which inspire me to think more about the book itself and maybe some deficiencies of Rowlings narrative strategies. I see that even the HP can

、not avoid the triumph of good over evil ending and we may easily realize it from the very beginning. However, I do not for a moment regard it as tedious or ordinary on account of the public happy ending. Actually, it is not a happy ending for numerous people died to reach the destination, significan

、tly, many people sacrificed their life for the greater good in diverse ways. Possibly thats what attracts and impresses us about how Dumbledore turns out to be imperfect or even a prat in his youth, about how Snape prove his loving Lily always and how love can achieve. These things are not predictab

、le from my point of view.As for your second doubt, I do agree with the great disparity in quantity. The ending seems too ideal if is attributed to the single failure of Voldemort. But that reminds me of what Mmcgonagall has said,The power depends not on the quantity, but on loyalty.(not very accurate) I assume that Voldemort has never trusted anybody throughout his life maybe except the snake. Besides, if the Death Eaters joined him out of pure blood superiority, then later they are actually frightened of him ,which is revealed from the chapter one in the Deathly
