7、情况，结合本工程施工需要，在 S6房南侧安装1台QTZ40自升式塔吊为1#塔吊，起重臂回转半径 46米，安装高度24米；在S10房西侧安装1台QTZ60自开塔吊为 2#塔吊，起重臂回转半径56m,安装高度24m。两塔吊间距120米。 二、现状分析塔吊塔址确定后，在1#塔机作业区内，距离北侧约11m处有一 落地明装变压器，距离南侧约15m有一架空明装变压器，安装高度约10米。均无明设高压线路。在 2#塔机作业区内，距离北侧13米 处有一北侧小区末端高压电线杆，(南北走向，线外有胶皮)，高压线 杆高度约为11m,由于三处高压线及装置均处于塔吊的塔臂回转半径 覆盖范围之内，根据施工现场临时用电安全技

8、术规范(JGJ46-2005) 第一部分高压线防护要求：在建工程的外侧边缘与电架空线路的边线 之间必须保持安全操作距离。最小安全操作距离应不小于46m,第3.1.4规定，旋转臂架式起重机的任何部位或被吊物边缘与10KV以下的架空线路边缘最小水平距离不得小于2m。另外，在塔吊伸臂旋转范围内，如突遇停电又刮起大风的特殊情况下，若塔吊正处在正常运行过程中，旋转机构因停电又不能立即采取制动措施，由于受风标效应的影响，伸臂继续随风向旋转，既有可能造成吊索或吊物碰触高s one of the pra cia fomof valesThesocledvalesrefersttheobjecvelingsae

17、塔吊伸臂不得随意进入禁止区，并采取严格监视与控制措施，司机在起重臂运 转临近警戒区时，必须提前减速，一档微动并有效制动和严禁吊运超 过4m长的物料。（二）、塔吊作业中当遇到停电又刮 4级以上风，或如遇风力继续加 大时，塔吊司机应立即迅速将吊物落下，将吊钩起升到大臂根部相距2m处，停止一切吊装作业，并立即松开旋转机构的制动器，使其在 风标效应情况下，伸臂自由旋转，避免吊索或吊物碰触或接近高压线 路。其大臂及吊钩上升高度只要脱离了高压线路感应电厂的范围，就不会发生触电事故，也不会造成塔吊在刮大风时，因强行制动旋转机 构而以致损伤设备或造成倒塌事故。（三）、安全作业区作业时，回转只许二档微动，严禁在

48、把毛竹质量关，横杆、立杆的有效长度不得低于 46m,小横 杆有效长度得低于4 m （以最小直径A 7.5cm确定有效长度）。购置的 毛竹要严格挑选，按立杆、大横杆、小横杆的要求分类堆放。按方案组织施工，现场需要改动时，要得到项目经理、安全员、 技术人员的同意后方可实施。搭设人员要持证上岗，戴好安全帽、安全带，穿好绝缘鞋。进入 现场时，安全员要逐一检查，做好记录。8m以下操作，竖立杆时要有专人监控，严防碰撞电线；8m以上 操作，要提前请甲方通知供电局停电操作。及时检查搭设质量，确保横平竖直、绑扎方式正确、牢固。要悬 挂警示标识。（四）、保证措施s one of the pra cia fomof
