3、教育环境和教育模式,培养受教育者具有适应新时代的学习与创造能力,不仅成为衡量教育现代化水平的标志,而且将成为个体乃至整个民族跨入新世纪的通行证。可见,建立校园网络是根底教育信息化的根本途径,丰富多彩、安康清新的校园网络文化将成为学校培养学生思维方式、道德品质、创造能力的新环境,成为面向全体学生,培养全面开展的高素质人才的崭新平台。校园网有利于教师在教学活动中的应用网络对学校教学过程的帮助主要表达在教学管理与教学资源的共享两个方面。与计算机网络直接相关的教学资源包括教学课件、影片、幻灯片等图、文、声并茂的多媒体教学,它们虽未取代了传统的教学方式,但利用大量现成的教学课件,改善了教学环境,促进教学

6、格、能力、思维与行为方式。建立校园网络是教育现代化的重要标志之一在跨世纪教育改革中,世界各国都在加快教育现代化的步伐,其信息化程度的上下已成为当今世界衡量一个国家综合国力的重要标志。教育是人类自身再生产再创造的复杂系统工程,其效益和现代化程度显然是至关重要的,要想把我国的教育信息化变革速度加快,实现教育领域向资本、技术密集型行业的转变,就要将学校教育同家庭教育、社会教育,尤其是群众传播媒介的隐性教育融为一体,实现教育中人力、物力资源的多层次开发和合理配置。而运用现代教育技术建立校园网,营造清新的校园网络文化气氛就是从根本上落实教育的战略地位,解放教师的生产力和师生的创造力,为现代教育增添创新优

7、势。增强了教师信息意识和现代教育技术的运用能力随着信息化技术的普及,各个岗位计算机的也应用越来越多,计算机将给学校的教学与管理工作的诸方面带来新的革命。首先是在教师中普及计算机知识,以前的的教师只要备好课,上好课就行了,作为二十一世纪的新教师,都应该学会获取各种知识的方法,而校园网最能提供这种环境,在一个好的校园网里人们用计算机和网络进展工作、交流和学习、将教学工作科学信息化,计算机改变了人的教学方式,同时也改变了人的学习方式。其次,校园网络的建立,使我们学校的教师对应用现代教育技术的思想认识均有了很大的提高,教师们通过边学习、边培训、边实践、边交流,具备了初步运用网络信息等现代教育技术的能力

8、,形成了一支能根本适应现代教育技术的师资队伍,连年龄稍大的老教师们也都有一股砖研精神,一碰到不懂的问题就向懂得操作的教师们请教。社会开展的很快,我们教师也必须跟上时代的步伐。才不致于被社会淘汰。运用现代教育技术手段设计各种教学信息的方式,优化教学资源和教学过程,能提高教学效率,圆满完成教学任务,使教育实现现代化。运用现代教育技术的实践计算机的广泛应用使很多领域的工作方式先后发生变革,但这种变革在学校教育中始终没有发生。许多学校花费大量资金购置来的计算机仅仅用于学习简单的操作和繁琐的程序语言,或者是将书本上的容搬上屏幕结果当然不受欢送。我们通过校园网络建立的实践认识到:当教师作为教学活动的管理者

9、和引导者而不是说教者时;当学生开场从被动的知识承受者转变为主动的探索者和个性化的独立学习者时,计算机就改变了传统的师生关系和交往方式。虽然学生花费了一定的时间和精力才逐渐熟练运用新技术,但他们学习各种知识和技能的兴趣与能力越来越高,学习的效果越来越好。可见,高科技带给教育的不仅是手段和方法的变革,还包括教育观念和教育模式在的一场历史性变革。正确处理好硬件、软件和潜件的关系。目前,很多学校建立校园网时容易追求硬件设备上的档次和规模,无视软件和潜件的建立,盲目认为学校设备高档就是教育的现代化,这是校园网建立的大忌。从*种意义上说,硬件水平只是一个投入的问题,而软件水平和潜件水平的提高远比硬件水平要

12、养的倾向,特别是在校园网的建立中应防止片面追求网络技术的先进性,甚至机械套用大型企业网、大学校园网模式,那将会脱离我们中小学教育教学开展的实际,结果只会造成设备的浪费和闲置。则,如何选择一条投资少、见效快的校园网络开展的新路?我们在摸索校园网建立过程中体会到,我们校园网络的建立应从学校教育教学过程的实际需要出发,讲究实效,应以功能作为选择技术和硬件设备的标准,防止盲目投资和重复建立;还必须从学校教育现代化目标出发,整体规划,分步实施,注重效益,提高质量。实际上我们校园网络建立目标应该是在网络文化的新环境中,超越传统学校教育教学模式,实现教育改革开展中的质变,探索出在多媒体和网络应用中培养教师和
