26、B,外轴线尺寸 为64.8 X 57.6m,内设三部电梯,其中两部为货梯。. 控制点的布置及施测从场地实际情况看,连廊后期施工,拟建建筑物的四周场地狭小,故南北向和东西向控制点集中布设在东侧和北侧的原有混凝土路面上,西侧和南侧只布设远向复核控制点。布设的控制点均引至四周永久性建筑物或马路上,且要求通视,采用正倒镜分中法投侧轴线时或后视时均在观测范围之内。根据甲方要求和测量大队提供的控制点形成四边形进行控制。对楼层进行网状控制,兼顾土 0.000以上施工,设置1、9轴,A、K轴为控制轴。根据甲方提供的高程控制点数据,向建筑物的东、西、南、北各引测一个固定控制点。水准点按三等水准测量要求施测。所有

39、工标高控制,且必须校核无误。各层平面放出的细部小线,特别是柱、墙的控制线必须校核无误,以便检查结构浇 筑质量和以后的进一步施工。二次结构施工以原有控制轴线为准,引放其他墙体、门窗洞口尺寸。外窗洞口, 采用经纬仪投测,以贯通控制线于外立面上,窗洞口标高以各层50线控制且外立面水平弹出贯通控制线,周圈闭合,保证窗口位置正确,上下垂直,左右对称一致。室内装饰面施工时,平面控制仍以结构施工控制线为依据,标高控制以建筑50标高线为准,要求交圈闭合,误差在限差范围内。外墙四大角以控制轴线为准,保证四大角垂直方正,经纬仪投测上下贯通,竖向 垂直线供装饰控制校核。外墙壁饰面施工时,以放样图为依据,以外门窗洞口
