Students learn to ask about prices, talk about clothing, and thank someone.

2、This Unit is talking about shopping. Many students are interested in shopping, but they know little about shopping. By considering of this, this lesson-the first period of Unit 7 is very important.Students in grade 7 are around age of 13 or 14, which means that they still have some qualities of prim

3、ary school students. However, with the increase of their age, ss cognitive capacity has been improved significantly. The abstract thinking ability of junior school students is developing quite obviously, compared with primary school school. They can control themselves much better and can be more foc

4、us on language study. They have contain some basic knowledge of this topic-“How much are these pants?”, for example, some numbers- zero to thirty, some adj.- big/small/long/short/black/blue to describe things. Whereas ss ability of communicating in English is still need to be improved. Ss can learne

5、d more words and sentences to improved their language ability through self-study and cooperative study. Meanwhile, the culture knowledge-the difference between dollars and RMB can be taught through this topic.Given the analysis of teaching material and students, the teaching objectives are as follow

Thus the knowledge of this topic is the vocabularies of the clothes, describe clothes, using how much to ask and talk about the prices of the clothes.b) Abili

The ability aim of todays lesson is to train the ability of talking about the clothes and the prices. In addition, developing ss ability of communication with other people in Engli

8、sh is a higher object.c) Moral objectivesSs in grade 7 has a certain ability of communication. However, one the characteristics of Chinese students is that most of them are afraid of making mistakes when speaking English. One emotional aims of this topic if to encourage ss to be brave to speak Engli

9、sh by giving them more opportunities to speak English. Moreover, the other objective is training the competition and cooperation, and build up the correct opinion at the same time.On account of the above analysis, the important points are the new language points:How much are these socks? For example, there will be several exercises in the class, when we play the Memory games, which aims at training the ability of students memory and revise the it

12、ems of the clothes. I will encourage as many ss as possible to get involved in this game and encourage them to answer as many questions as they can. Lead-in(warm-up/revision) As we all know, “Well begun is half done.” A good beginning will not only warm the class up at once, but also give good preparation for presentation. As language is learnt gradually but not immediately, we will d

We can lead students by things such as songs, games, competitions, simple pictures or other media. In this lesson, Ill provide an English song. Let the students do the acti
