21、对措施1.引言采访是新闻记者最重要的基本功之一。新闻采访学把采访对象分为“合作型”与“非合作型”两种类型，自有新闻采访开始，记者与采访对象的矛盾就产生了，采访的成功与否，直接关系到报道的成功与否。美国原全国广播公司新闻部主任弗克兰曾说“采访是我们这一行的基本手段，没有它我们就无法生存” 。在采访过程中，大多数记者被与采访对象产生过或大或小的矛盾。每当这时，有的记者无可奈何被迫放弃采访，有的记者软磨硬泡央求采访对象，有的记者甚至采用偷拍偷录等非常规采访手段。其实，记者之所以这样做，都是为了一个目的：顺利地完成采访任务，满足公民的知情权。那么，面对被采访对象日益增强的权利意识和法律意识，面对频率不
