13、 贡献。 IEA FM ExCo 投票通过接受中国作为非成员国加入此协议由科技部于1997年3月完成签署加入协议步骤 相关活动与合作 从正式签署加入此协议之后，我们积极参与相关活动，即使因某些原因不能派人参加执委会会议，也都将相关信息用电子版发给执委会参与交流；2009年我们分别派人参与了IEA的聚变材料辐照效应研究合作讨论会和一年一次执委会会议。承担钒合金（Valloy，IEAHeat）统一样品，性能测试合作研究和此合金在聚变应用研究，作我们点滴贡献 。现在在研合作项目IEA Workshop on Vanadium Alloys for Fusion Applications Physic
