2、级以后，这个班的优生率根本上是100%。本班学生在三四年级时考六年级的试卷成绩竟然与高年级相差无几。“简单的读”竟换来如此大的效益，我想这不得不让每位语文老师值得反思。作为语文老师，尽快的让学生踏上阅读的快车道，尽快的让学生大量阅读，让每一位学生都能得到文学的滋养，享受语文，享受学习，学生受益，老师受益。那么，如何让学生进展高效海量阅读?我们可从以下几个方面做起：一、拓宽书，让学生有书读通过调查发现，造成农村孩子课外阅读量少的原因之一是图书量少或无书可读。开展高效海量读书活动，首先必须让孩子有书可读，因此要开拓、拓展书。一是开放学校图书室、阅览室，履行借还手续，开通学生课内外阅读第一渠道。二是

4、书阅读教学除了学习知识，进步才能，还有更重要的，是培养读书习惯，把阅读作为一种根本的生活方式。一个人成年后不管从事什么工作，假如没有读书的习惯，甚至根本上不怎么读书，就很难实现终身教育，也很难提升自己的素养。阅读习惯是为一生打底子的事情。那么怎样才能培养阅读习惯？特别是在一个缺少读书气氛的环境里，如何让我们的下一代有读书习惯？关键是先要引发“兴趣”。阅读教学包括课外阅读，一定要把激发兴趣放在首位。费了很大功夫，教了多少年，可是你的学生对阅读仍然缺乏兴趣，那这样的语文教学是失败的。学生有书可读，假如没有兴趣，势必造成学生课外阅读不能很好地坚持下去。叶圣陶老先生曾经说过“兴趣是最好的老师”。作为小

7、学生识字量的增加，阅读习惯的养成，再逐步加大阅读量，扩展阅读的范围。故事是儿童最喜欢的一种文学形式，是儿童认识世界的窗口。从故事入手，投其所好，摸准学生课外阅读的打破口。三、合理安排，让学生有时间读书要进展大量阅读，学生的阅读时间必须有保障。目前学生阅读时间被繁重的课外作业霸占现象比拟严重，学生成了做题的机器，实际上老师也相应的变成讲题的机器。教学简单化，程序化，缺少了灵动，缺少了智慧。孩子们做的“童眼昏花”，老师们讲得“天昏地暗”，供学生自己支配的时间少得可怜。当然，时间只要合理安排总会有的，然而挤出来的时间又被某些无聊的电视节目吸引去。最后的结论是，学生没时间阅读。如何保证学生的阅读时间？

8、首先，课堂要高效。一节课完成的，绝不要拖成两节课，当堂能完成的，决不拖到课下。韩兴娥老师的课堂给我们提供了一个思路：一是略读教材中的局部文章，如小英雄雨来猎人海力布等，学生自己默读一遍就行；二是精读的课文也不去条分缕析。精读的文章或者是美文佳作，或者是学生理解起来有一定难度的文章。一个课时学习2至4篇课文，先运用各种形式读书，例如听录音、开火车、自由读等。老师直奔中心提出问题，提出的问题要能涵盖全文，帮助学生理解、朗读课文。例如学习桂林山水时，只提一个问题：桂林的山、水各有什么特点？通过朗读把桂林山水的特点表现出来。当然，这只是韩老师的课堂，一个思路。韩兴娥老师两周教完一本教材，大多数老师可能

9、有点难度，不过，我们可以两个月教完一本教材。于永正等一些语文界的名家说过“简简单单教语文”，何必要把一篇文章大卸八块，支离破碎。有些文章作者没想到的，我们老师倒“挖掘”出了高尚的中心思想，一篇文字优美的文章，美没有了，留下的只是惨不忍睹。为什么如今的学生害怕鲁迅先生的文章，并不完全在于“鲁迅文章难懂”，而在于老师分析p 的过于繁琐，过于政治，过于思想。要保证学生有充足的阅读时间，在课下还需要进一步压缩做题时间，特别小学语文，少布置甚至不布置抄生字、做试卷之类的作业。鲁迅先生曾经说过：“学习语文没有什么秘诀，无非是多读多写。”语文作业做什么？语文作业更应表达在“读、背、写”上。留给学生更多的时间
