2、设背景及思路 ?西餐工艺?作为一门重要的专业素质拓展课开设于2003年，在10年的建设过程中，积累了一定的经验和教学成果。 但在骨干校建设期，本课程现有的教学方式方法和资源、考核方式等已经不能完全支撑新的人才培养模式和课程体系，所以本课程要进行一次针对性的变革。多媒体课件课程教学团队课程教学大纲教案自编讲义存在问题一：一、建设背景及思路教学内容和方法 教练紧密结合，间隔时间短，学生记忆效果好， 学生课堂参与度高，教学效果有一定提高。但学生主观能动性、创新能力差2009年至今2264课时全学期2003-2009年一周4节64课时全学期 教练分开，间隔时间长，学生记忆差，兴趣缺少，学生课程参与度低
