7、ng 12 bar abs and 188.ippd to the deaerator during start up of 18t/hr4.1.3Transformer Deaerator (STR)IeABCDEFGDate2011.12BLX17SVA004GJS045GNGEDI1/4CHENGGANGUnder normal running conditions a supply of 2.355 t/hr ofat 12 bar abs188 is fed by the distribution systemo the transformer deaerator.During a
8、start up condition of one unit the demand of auxiliary4.548 t/hr.rises to4.1.4Auxiliary Feedwater (ASG)may be condition. Thed to this system for heating, although only on a standbyippd at 4.5 bar abs and 165 from the prerereducing sion in Unit 1 conventional island. The normal demand, if required,is
9、 4.3 t/h and condensate returns to thetransformer deaerator. Theflowrate can under exceptional conditions momentarily reach 10 t/h (rare occurrence).4.1.5Turbine Gland (CET)During start up conditions auxiliaryis required fland sealing. Theisd at 6.5 bar abs and 172 from the prere reducingsion. Note:
10、 When consumptionthe turbine glands are in new condition, the gland will be 6.012 t/h. When the glands are worn, theconsumption will increase to 9.0 t/h.Unit 2Refer to the diagram BL217SVA503GJS045DD.This diagram dcts three feed user sions taking theirions are on Unit 2, theirs from the auxiliarycon

A taphemain feeds a prerereducing sion where a supply of 4.5 bar abs 165 is made available forheating the Nuclear Island and the auxiliary feedw

Thissupply will be at 12 bar abs 188. The main rises vertically toapproximay +12m level prior to running horizontally to B row betncolumn 6 and column 7. At this poit rises to the +32m level terminating attheconverters near B row column 8
