Powershutdown:按柜面“停电”按钮，空气断路器跳闸。如果不跳闸，就打开柜门，推按断路器上“0”字牌，使其跳闸。跳闸后，断路器窗口显示“0”字，柜面绿灯亮，红灯灭。Theaircircuitbreakertripsoffbypr

Powertransmission:(1) 推上柜面操作手柄，使隔离开关闭合。(1) Pushoperationhandleonthepanelsurfacetoconnectdisconnectingswitch.(2) 按柜面“储能”按钮，进行储能，显示“已储能”。(2) PressEnergyStorageonthepanelsurfacetostartenergystorage,andEnergyStoredwillbedisplayed.按柜面“起动”按钮，断路器合闸，窗口显示“1”字，柜面红灯亮，绿灯灭。PressStartonthepanels

36、stallation开关柜的安装需按照以下步骤进行：Installswitchcabinetinthefollowingsteps:安装在同一排的不同包装单元必须确保准确的排在同一排并且保持垂直竖立；开关柜的门板不能挤压。开关柜可以从左侧开始安装也可以从右侧开始安装。Differentpackageunitstobeinstalledinthesamerowshallbeinstalledaccuratelyinthesamerowandkeptverticalandupright;thedoorofswitchcabinetmaynotbesqueezed.Itisallowedtoinst

37、allswitchcabinetfromeithertheleftsideortherightside.不同运输单元的骨架需拼接。开关柜操作面的面板必须在面板内部的左侧用四个专用螺栓固定。柜前门板或者柜后门板，分别在面板内部的左侧和右侧用专用螺栓固定。Theskeletonsofdifferenttransportunitsshallbeassembledtogether.Operationpanelofswitchcabinetshallbefixedwithfourspecialboltsattheleftsideinsidethepanel.Frontorreardoorofthecab

38、inetshallbefixedwithspecialboltsattheleftorrightsideinsidethepanel.整排柜子末端的一侧必须安装侧板，并且使用规格为M6X10J拼台螺丝。在安装侧板的时候必须确保至少每个连接点都使用连接垫片。TerminalsideofcabinetsinthesamerowshallbemountedwithsideplatebyM6X10connectionscrew.Itisnecessarytoensurethatconnectiongasketisusedforeachjunctionduringsideplatemounting.如果

39、竖直段的螺丝连接处被安装元件阻挡，那么可以在柜子底部用框架连接件将柜子拼接在一起。Incasescrewjunctioninverticalsectionisblockedbymountedelements,cabinetcanbeassembledtogetherbyframeconnectoratcabinetbottom.使用电气的或压缩空气操作的螺丝刀固定牙形螺钉。Toothscrewshallbefixedwithelectricorcompressedair-drivenscrewdriver.保护导体固定在p或者peNDE中。中性点直接接地系统中额外的接地点可以选取pe/peME

40、的任一点接地。当然还需遵守当地的规则。ProtectiveconductorshallbefixedinPEorPENblock.AdditionalearthpointsofdirectneutralearthsystemmaybeearthedwithanypointofPE/PENblock.Localrulesshallalsobefollowed.起吊角需保持一定的角度。Certainangleshallbekeptforliftingangle.柜体的固定Cabinetbodyfixing底部电缆进出线的柜子的安装需先制作带有电缆走线孔的基础，柜子应该安装在以下两种基座的任一个上，

41、深入到地下的混凝土底座；Fortheinstallationofcabinetwithcablesledinandoutfromthebottom,thefoundationwithcableholeshallbepreparedatfirst,andthecabinetshallbeinstalledonanyofthefollowingtwobases:concretebasedeepunderground;底座的水平公差需保持在土1mM1m以内，需通过专用的水平检测仪器确保这一点；Horizontaltoleranceofthebaseshallbekeptwithin土1mmf1m,a

42、ndshallbeensuredupontestbyspecialleveldetector;柜子竖起后须焊接或者用螺栓固定在底座上，螺栓固定仅限丁电缆下出有电缆沟的情况；Thecabinetshallbefixedatthebasethroughweldingorwithboltsafterbeingputupright,andboltfixingisonlyrequiredforcabletrenchundercables;每柜前后的焊接处不得低丁20mm所有的焊接处须涂上涂料以防腐蚀(例如含锌的涂料)；Theweldinfrontofandbehindeachcabinetmaynotb

47、ensuretheflatnessoffoundationfortheinstallationofeachcabinet;inconsiderationofbendingradiusandenoughspaceforcables,theheightofcabletrenchissuggestedtobeabove500mm.3.1.3开关柜电缆室内电缆的连接3.1.3Connectionofcablesincableroomofswitchcabinet动力和控制电缆连接在电缆室内的固定电缆横杆上；Powerandcontrolcablesshallbeconnectedwiththefixe

48、dtransversecablerodincableroom;动力和控制电缆在与转接件连接之前需剥掉绝缘层；Insulationlayerofpowerandcontrolcablesshallbestrippedoffbeforeconnectionwithconnectors;动力和控制电缆可以连接到：Powerandcontrolcablesmaybeconnectedwith:端子；Terminal;接线排；Terminalblock;电缆出线单元（转接件）Cableoutgoingunit（connector）.以下情况需使用垫片以防止震动：Gasketshallbeusedinth

50、都链接正常的情况下，根据电气原理图进行检验，比如：断路器的功能是否正常；分合、按钮、操作和其他的比如指示灯是不是正常；手动投切是否正常；这种试验，要一台一台实验，如果是低压抽屉柜先进行柜子的调试，然后将抽屉逐一调试要非常细的调试不能有漏掉的部分。LVdistributioncabinetshallbeinspectedinaccordancewithelectricalschematicdiagramontheconditionthatalltheelementsandcircuitsarenormal,forexample:whethercircuitbreakerhasnormalfunc
