13、gelectromechanicalequipmentandstartoperationafterhangamaintenancetagontheswitch;Onrainyorsnowydays,operatorshouldconcernmoreaboutsafeoperationtopreventslidingwhenround-inspectingoroperatingdisposalstructure;Operatoroneverypostshouldhavesafetylaborprotectionwearingforsafeprotection;Nowipingtorunningp

14、artofequipmentwhencleaningelectromechanicalequipmentandsurroundings;Personnotasoperatorisforbiddentostartandstopelectromechanicalequipmentofthisdisposalsystem.1.1.3 RepairandMaintenanceOperationmanagementpersonnelandmaintenancepersonnelshouldbefamiliarwithelectromechanicalequipmentsmaintenanceregula

15、tions;Makeperiodicinspection,maintenanceandanti-corrosiontreatmenttovariousvalve,grate,ladder,piping,bracketandcoverboardofdisposalstructureandequipmentandrepairdamagedlightingintime;Frequentlycheckandfastenconnectingpartsinvariousequipmentandreplaceconsumablepartincouplerperiodically;Makeopen&close

16、testforvariouspipingvalvesperiodicallyandaddlubricanttoleadscrew;Checklimitswitchofelectricgatevalveandmanual&electricinterlockdevice,cleanelectriccontrolcabinetandtestvarioustechnologicalspecificationsperiodically;Afteracertainperiodofoperation,checkairproofatwaterpumpfilingoroilsealingwithnecessar

17、ytreatment;Besidesdailymaintenance,airblower,waterpumpandothermechanicalequipmentshouldhavedisassemblyoverhaulasthefollowingoperationtime:airblowerwithaccumulatedoperationtime10000h;centrifugalpumpwithaccumulatedoperationtimeof4000h;divingpumpwithaccumulatedoperationtimeof5000h;andthosewaterpumpsand

22、ork.2.2 Processflowandspecifications2.2.1 SpecificationsonprocessflowPleaserefertotheattachedprocessflowchartforwastedisposalprocessflowandthebriefdescriptionisasfollows:IndustrialwastewillbeliftedintoadjustmenttankS-2801forqualityandquantityadjustmentthroughinletpipeline.Withonejetblenderinthetank,

23、partofoutletwaterfromliftingpumpP-2801inadjustmenttankflowsbacktoadjustmenttankforblendingtopreventsuspendedsubstanceinthewastetodepositinthetank.TheliftingpumpinadjustmenttankisstartedorstoppedbyliquidleveltransmitterLICA2801Sinthetank.Whenliquidinthetankreacheshighlevel,liftingpumpinitwillstartaut

24、omaticallyandlifttheliquidinadjustmenttankintocoagulationtankR-2810A.Andwhenliquidinthetankreacheslowlevel,liftingpumpwillstopautomatically.Whetherliquidathigh-highlevelorlow-lowlevel,systemwillsendoutalarmautomatically.CoagulantFeCl3willbeaddedintocoagulationtankR-2810AandblendedbyblenderA-2810Asoa

25、stomixwasteandcoagulantquickly.Meanwhile,aPHmeterPH2810AisinstalledincoagulationtanktotestPHvalueinthetank.LiquidfromcoagulationtankflowsintoreactiontankR-2810B,intowhichlimemilkwillbeadded.ThroughblenderA-2810B,limemilkandwastewillbemixedquicklyandanotherPHmeterisinstalledinreactiontankPH2810Btocon

26、troltheinputamountoflimemilk.Byadjustinginputamountoflimemilk,heavymetalandpartoforganicsubstanceinwastewillreactwithcoagulanttoformflocwithinanappropriatePHrange.LiquidfromreactiontankflowsintoflocculationtankR-2810C,inwhichmacromoleculeflocculantPAMwillbeadded.ThroughblenderA-2801C,PAMwillmixwithw

27、astequickly.FlocanddepositinwastewillbecomelargerflocthrougheffectofnettingandbridginggeneratedafterflocculantPAMdissolves.LiquidfromflocculationtankflowsintoverticalflowtypedepositiontankV-2315forliquidandsolidseparation.Theupperclearliquidflowstothefollowingprocessforfurtherdisposalthroughoverflow

28、weirwhilesludgedepositstothesludgefillerandisliftedintosludgetankV-2820forfurtherdisposalthroughsludgepumpP-2815indepositiontank.LiquidfromdepositiontankflowsintoPHadjustmenttankV-2840,inwhichH2SO4willbeadded.ThroughblenderA-2840,H2SO4willmixwithwastequickly.APHmeterPH2840isinstalledinthetanktocontr

29、oltheinputamountofH2SO4toensurePHvalueinthetankwithintherangeof6.58.5.AliftingpumpP-2840isinstalledinPHadjustmenttankandthepumpisstartedandstoppedbyliquidlevelswitchLSA2840Vinthetank.WhenliquidinPHadjustmenttankreacheshighlevel,liftingpumpinitwillstartautomaticallyandliftthewasteinadjustmenttankinto

30、SBRtankS-2850orS-2855.Andwhenliquidinthetankreacheslowlevel,liftingpumpinthetankwillstopautomatically.Whetherliquidathigh-highlevelorlow-lowlevel,systemwillsendoutalarmautomatically.LiquidfromPHadjustmenttankflowsintoSBRtank(abbreviationofSequencingBatchReactorActivatedSludgeProcess).Thedifferencebe

31、tweenSBRandgeneralactivatedsludgeprocessliesinthewasteflowingintoabiologicalreactiontankfordifferentoperationaccordingtotimesequenceratherthanflowingintoeverydisposalunitinsequence.Itsbasicoperationprocessiscomposedof5procedures:inlet,reaction,deposition,outletandstand-by.Onecyclestartsfromwasteinle

32、tandfinishestillstand-by.Duringthiscycle,alltheprocessesaremadeinareactiontankfilledwithaeration,whichgoesroundandroundceaselesslysoastorealizewastedisposal.TherearetwoSBRtanksforalternateoperationandtherearethreeairblowerswithtwoinuseandoneforbackup.TwoairblowersseparatelysupplyairtotwoSBRtanks.The

34、dischargedintomunicipalpipenetworkthroughdischargepumpP-2865.Ifitdoesnotmeetdischargestandards,itwillbeliftedbyliftingpumpP-2860inbuffertankintosandfilterF-2860forfurtherdisposal.LiftingpumpinbuffertankisstartedandstoppedbyliquidleveltransmitterLICA2860Vinbuffertank.Whenliquidinbuffertankreacheshigh

35、level,liftingpumpinitwillstartautomaticallyandliftthewasteintankintosandfilter.Andwhenliquidinthetankreacheslowlevel,liftingpumpinthetankwillstopautomatically.Whetherliquidathigh-highlevelorlow-lowlevel,systemwillsendoutalarmautomatically.WaterfromsandfilterwillbetestedbynephelometerTURB2860F.Ifturb
