4、,设备可以自动切换。同时也采用了角度精抛程序,通过编程,设定精抛角度,对工件复杂的部位可以加强精抛的力度。布轮的直径大设计灵活,可以在仅旋转数圈的情况下就能达到较高的速度。物体的固定通过设备夹钳进行控制。该设备是由两边抛光布轮,一个带有4个工位车轴的旋转工作台组成,可以一次性抛光出两件成品。The device is designed for automatic polishing,and using a new technique for polishing the object,especially in certain parts of irregular objects polishi
5、ng.Under the condition of without make damage to the whole part,itcan polish smoothly and tidily.Dual group procedures,and can polish two different parts at the same time,the device can automatically switch.It also adopted the point of precision polishing process,by programming,setting fine polishin
6、g angle of the work piece of complex parts can strengthen the polish.The wheel diameter designed to be flexible,you can only spin a few laps in the case will be able to reach a higher speed.The device make fixture by clamp.The device have polishing wheel on either side,with a four-station rotary tab
7、le axle components,you can polish two products at the same time.二、设备安装EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION1、客户接收到设备后,要检查其是否由于运输而受损,或者设备缺少部件和相应的更换布轮的特殊扳手。如发现以上两种情况中的任意一种,应尽早通知相关负责人。After the customer receives the equipment,he or she should check whether there is any damage,missing parts or equipment replacement cl
8、oth wheel and the corresponding special wrench during the transport.If any one of them happen,he or she should notify the responsible person.2、对设备的挪动,可以用起重机(如图1或叉车。设备必须放置在平地上,混凝土地面最好,把设备配的四个垫铁安上,调整设备的水平位置。Moving the equipment can use crane(Figure1or forklift.Equipment must be placed on level ground,
9、preferably concrete floor.The placement of the device with four horns,adjust the horizontal position of the device. 图13、设备供气总进气源必须有经过过滤器处理后的干净气源,通过调压三联件把气压设定在0.6MPa。The total inlet gas source of equipment must be processed through the filter clean air source,through the pressure regulator set at FRL
10、0.6MPa.4、装好喷蜡系统即先把喷蜡罐出蜡的螺纹口与设备的进蜡螺纹口衔接紧固,再把喷蜡罐上面的气源接好,把压力调在0.2-0.3MPa。Install the paste supply system is link spray cans of wax in the threads and screw the device into the mouth of convergence fastening wax at first.Then the gas tank above the source connected,adjust the pressure in the0.2-0.3MPa.5
11、、检查电压是否如控制面板上所示:z 连接配电柜的是3*25mm,电压为380V 的电缆,同接地线共同使用。将其与所示连接字母R,S,T+N 接点及地面相连接。z 特别要注意的是保证地线连接到相应的接线端子上。抛光布轮的升降方向如果相反话,可以交换一下端子R 和S 的连接。z设备配电箱必须保持关闭状态,以避免灰尘,液体或其他异物进入内部。z 随机附带保养或维修的电路图。注:此设备不带差速保护,连接线有必要带此差速保护装置。Check whether the voltage on the control panel as follows:Connect with power distributio
12、n cabinet of 3*25mm,380V cable with ground wire use.It will be connected with the letters R,S,T +N and ground contactor.Particularly pay attention to ensure the ground wire to the corresponding terminals.If polishing wheel goes to the opposite direction,you can change the connection terminals R and
13、S.Equipment power distribution carbine must remain closed to prevent dust,liquid or other thing goes into the interior.Maintenance and repair circuit will along with the machine.Note:The machine have no speed variation protection,cable is necessary to take this variation protection device. 6、按照上面各部分

15、ND PARAMETER USING1、通上气源,接上电源,再用程序钥匙打开触摸屏,开启控制电源进入主菜单界面。如安全重置按钮灯亮则需按下安全重置按钮才可以进行下步。如图:Connect to the gas source and the power supply.Then use the program key to open the touch screen,turn on the control power and enter the main menu.If the security reset lights on,you need to press the reset button.
16、Thus it can move on to the next step.Figure: 2、在手动情况下:点击主菜单“手动调试”,然后点击手动调试中的“参数设置”。对手动参数的极限值进行设置.如图In the case of manual:Click the main menu "Manual operation",and then click the "parameters"under “manual operation”.Make limits for the parameters that can be set manually as shown
17、 inFigure 3、设置完手动参数后再点击上图左下角“手动调试”就可以进入手动调试1界面,可以对工位车1和2进行各项手动运行操作,我们设定工位车水平位置为起始角度零度。如图:After setting the manual parameters and then click the “manual adjusting”at the bottom left corner of the figure.It will enter "manually adjusting 1"interface.You can adjust working position 1and 2for
18、every manual operation;we set the working positions original angle as “zero”.Figure: 4、再点击“下一页”进入手动调试2界面,对设备进行各项手动运行操作。现介绍参数设置里的“布轮工作起始点”和“布轮的左右摆动范围”的参数设置。z 点击“布轮前移”或“布轮后移”按钮到达被抛光工件的正上方,记下此时的位移数据,即是参数设置里“布轮工作起始点”的设定值。z 点击“布轮左移”按钮要把被抛光工件最左边覆盖完全,记下此时的位移数据,即是参数设置里“布轮的左右摆动范围”的P1设定值。点击“布轮右移”按钮要把被抛光工件最右边覆
19、盖完全,记下此时的位移数据,即是参数设置里“布轮的左右摆动范围”的P0设定值。Then click "Next"to enter “manually adjusting 2”interface,do some manual operation of the equipment.Now introduce the "starting point of wheel"and "wheel swing range of left and right"parameter of parameter settings.Click the "
20、;wheel forward"or "wheel backward"button to reach the exact above position for polish,take note of the movement data,thats the parameter settings in the "the wheel starting point"setting.Click on the "wheel leftwards"button should completely covers the left-most po
21、lished piece,note the time of displacement data,that is parameter settings in the "wheel the swing range"set value of P1.Click the "wheel rightwards"button should be the most polished piececompletely covered the right,note the time of displacement data,that is,parameter settings
22、in the "wheel swing range"P0 settings.5、点击上面“返回”按钮直到进入“主菜单”界面,再点击“自动运行”按钮进入自动运行界面。如图:Click on the "Backwards"button until you enter the "Main Menu"screen,then click the "Auto Run"button to enter auto-run screen.Figure: 8、点击上图左下角“参数设置”进入“自动参数”设置界面,再点击它进入参数调用设置界

24、验证输入后进入参数调用设置界面,即可以调用已经设置好的参数,After check authentication parameters,entre into the call setup interface, which can calls parameters that have been set before. z如选择:工位车1和参数名选择ABC 再点击参数下载键则选择好工位车1的参数。进入的界面如图:If you choose selection 1and parameter name ABC button and select download to finish choose pa
25、rameter 1.Into the interface shown in Figure:z如选择:工位车2和参数名选择ABC 再点击参数下载键则选择好工位车2的参数。进入的界面如图:If you choose 2and the parameter name ABC button and select download to finish choose parameter 2.Into the interface shown inFigure: 8、点击上图“返回”按钮进入自动运行界面。如下图:z点击“原点复位”按钮(必须是在手动情况下布轮前后左右都自动复位到原点,工位车1和2自动复位到基准原
26、点。z然后把手动切换到自动状态。z再点击“循环启动”按钮,布轮开始移动。z点击“布轮关”按钮(按下就变成“布轮开”。如布轮高低不适中,点击“布轮升”或“布轮降”按钮进行调适。z如想暂停工作可点击“循环暂停”按钮。再点击此按钮即可恢复工作。Click on the word"Backward"button to enter the auto-run screen.Below: Click on the"origin reset"button(must be the case in manual,wheel is automatically reset to

28、discomfort,click the"wheel up"or"wheel down" button to adjust.To suspension of work can click on the"cycle pause"button.Click this button again to resume work. 9、在自动运行状态下,如果想看各个工作点的数据可点击上图的“主菜单”进入主菜单界面。如图:Under the automatic operation mode,if you want to see the data of

31、了身份验证即用户名:ADMIN;密码:1234后就进入参数设定界面。Entre into the "operation of equipment and parametersusing"Step 6of the interface and enter the user name authentication:ADMIN;password:1234,then there is the parameter setting interface. 3、点击工位车1或2选择键选择工位车1或2进行参数设置。如图:Click on station 1or 2selection butto
32、n to select station 1or 2parameters setting.Figure: z 现对参数设置表中的各个项进行说明及备注:Now explain and remark every item of parameters setting inthe form:参数parameter:设定值及备注data and remark程序开始program start (0表示OFF1表示ON(0stand for OFF1stand for ON设置0时表示不选择此项;设置1时表示选择此项;此处设置为1.choose 0means miss this item,choose 1m
33、eanschoose this item.now it is 1.喷蜡开关on and off of paste eject设置0为关,设置1为开。此设置为1;Choose 0means off,choose 1means on;now it is 1.前后电机快慢选择speed of front and behind engine设置0为慢,设置1为快。此设置为1;Choose 0means slow,choose 1means fast.布轮到达工作位前工位车转动选择before wheel reach the work place,station running selection一般选
34、择转动。设置为1;usually choose torsion.工位车起始角度The starting point of station就是生产工作时的开始角度;范围:0-359°,一般设为0°that is theangle when start running,range from 0-359°,usually 0°.工位车速度设置the speed of station工位车的转数,一般设为10rpm;station torsion speed,usually 10rpm 布轮速度设置speed of wheelrunning 一般设为800-14
35、00rpm;usually from 800to 1400rpm布轮工作位起点wheel running start point设置设备操作及参数调用的第3步所得到前后位移的数据.Equipment operationand parameter setting Step 3forward andbackward the displacement data左右摆动范围P0range for sway (left and rightP0设置设备操作及参数调用的第3步所得到的右位移数据P0.Equipment operationand parameter setting Step 3forward

37、p.工位车停止选择choose station stop工位车摆动选择choose station sway工位车正转圈数station clockwiserunning time是指工位车以旋转方式进行工作(如选择是这种方式则应设:正旋转几圈反旋转几圈左正右反.It is a station use theway of rotate to work (if choice it,should also set up the way:clockwise and reverse how many times,left is clockwise and right is reverse.工位车反转圈
38、数station reverse running time工位车停止时间when station stop是指工位车以停止方式进行工作(如选择是这种方式则应设:停止几秒,工件需停止角度位置.It is the station use theway of stop running to work (if choose this way,you should set up in this way:how many second stop,the angular position of the work piece to be stopped.工位车停止角度station stop angle工位车
39、摆动角度GI1station sway angle GI1是指工位车以摆动方式进行工作(如选择是这种方式则应设:GI1设定值GF1,摆动的次数几次.It is the station usethe way of swing to work (If this is the way,you should set:GI1Set value GF1,swing times.工位车摆动角度GF1station sway angle GF1工位车摆动次数station sway frequency第一步结束finish the first step第一步如设为0则是代表编程已结束,抛光的一个工作循环也相应
40、结束.如设为1则是代表编程未结束,下一步或最后一步此处必须设为0,结束程序。If thefirst step set as 0means the program has been ended.A step of polishing work also was ended accordingly.If set as 1means the program has not been ended,next step or the last step must be 0to end the program.z 现以工位车1为例:设置一个名为“ABC”的参数为例:最多只能设置五步,现设三步为例:Take

50、chieve the polishedeffect you can set three;if need four steps to achieve the polished effect you can set four;if need five steps to achieve the polishedeffect you canset five.4、以上三步程序设置完后,就可以点击“参数另存为键”进行命名。如图:After these three-step setup,you can click on the "parameters save as key”to name it.
51、Figure: 5、点击上图对话框空白处进入以下界面,在此输入参数名“ABC”对参数进行命名。如图:Click on the chart dialog box to enter the following interface,enter the parameter name "ABC"to name the parameter.Figure: 10、点击上图确认键即可进入如下界面。如图:Click on the confirm key to enter the following interface.Figure: 11、点击上图确定键后,再点击参数下载键进入如下界面。工位
52、车1的参数就设定好了。如图:Click the OK button,and then click the parameters download button to enter thefollowing interface.Station parameters have been set up.Figure: 12、工位车2的参数的设定就跟工位车1的参数设置设定的方法和步骤是一样的。它们所抛的工件可以是一样的,也可以是不一样的。Station2parameters setting just like station1parameters setting in methods andproced
53、ures.They can polish the same or different piece.z如果工位车1和工位车2所抛光的工件是一样的,这样它们的参数设置就可以是相同的。If station1and station2polishes the same piece,their parameters can be thesame.z如果工位车1和工位车2所抛光的工件是不一样的,这样它们的参数设置就可以是不相同的。If station1and station2polishes different pieces,their parameters can bedifferent. 13、工位车1
54、和工位车2的参数都设定好了的话就可点击上图“返回”键直到进入“自动运行”界面。After finish station1and station2parameters setting,you can click on the word"Back"button until you reach the"auto run"interface.z点击“原点复位”按钮(必须是在手动情况下布轮前后左右都自动复位到原点,工位车1和2自动复位到基准原点。Click on the"origin reset"button(must be in the ca
55、se of manual,the wheel willautomatically reset to the origin,station1and2will automatically reset to thereference origin.z然后把手动切换到自动状态。Then manually switch to automatic mode.z再点击“循环启动”按钮,布轮开始移动。Then click the"cycle start"button,wheel began to move.z再点击“布轮关”按钮(按下就变成“布轮开”。如布轮高低不适中点击“布轮升”或“布轮

58、wheel can according to thefollowing steps:在手动模式下移动布轮工位车到最左端,然后右移对右边布轮进行操作。Inmanual mode,move the wheel station to the most left,then operate right wheels rightward.打开布轮外防护罩。Open the outside shield of the wheel.对左边布轮,用随机附带的特殊扳手按顺时针方向旋转松掉铜螺母,右边布轮与之相反。For wheels on the left,clockwise rotation loose brass nut with the special wrench supplied with the machine,wheels
