25、ldusehighpermeabilitymagneticcore.f)采集单元和架空导线悬挂安装的汇集单元外壳应采用非金属阻燃材料,能承受GB/T5169.11规定的5级着火危险。指示器外壳应采用抗紫外线、抗老化、抗冲击和耐腐蚀材料,应有足够的机械强度,能承受使用或搬运中可能遇到的机械力,满足长期户外应用免维护要求。Theacquisitionunitandoverheadlinemountedcollectionunitenclosureshouldusenon-metallicflameresistantmaterial,andcanbearGrade5firehazardstipula

26、tedinGB/T5169.11.TheenclosureofindicatorshoulduseUVprotection,anti-aging,impact-proofandanti-corrosionmaterials,andshouldhaveenoughmechanicalstrengthwhichcanbearthemechanicalforcemaymeetduringworkingortransporting.Andtheoutdoormaintenancefreerequirementsshallalsobemet.g)卡线结构应在不同截面线缆上安装方便可靠,安装牢固且不造成线

27、缆损伤,支持带电安装和拆卸。结构件经50次装卸应到位且不变形,不影响故障检测性能。Theclampstructureshallbeeasilymountedondifferentsectionsofthecable.Theinstallationshouldbefirmandmakenodamagetothecable.Installationanddisassemblywithpoweronshallbesupported.After50timesofinstallationanddisassembly,thereshallbenodeformationonthestructure,andt

28、heperformanceshallnotbeaffected.h)外观应整洁美观、无损伤或机械形变,内部元器件、部件固定应牢固,封装材料应饱满、牢固、光亮、无流痕、无气泡。Theappearanceshallbetidyandgood-looking,withoutdamageormechanicaldeformation.Alltheinnercomponentsorpartsshouldbefixedfirmly,andthesealingmaterialsshallbefull,firm,bright,non-flowmark,andfreeofbubbles.5.3 电源要求Powe

29、rsourcerequirements5.3.1 采集单元Acquisitionunita)应采用TA取电并辅以超级电容作为主供电源,能量密度不低于锂电池的非充电电池作为后备电源。主供电源和后备电源相互独立,当主供电源不能维持全功能工作时,后备电源自动投入。当主供电源恢复时,自动切回主供电源供电。超级电容在充满电时应可独立维持全功能工作不小于12h。UseTApowertakingsupplementedbysupercapacitorasmainpowersource,andtakeanon-rechargeablebatterywithitspowerdensitynotlowerthan

30、lithiumbatteryasbackuppower.Themainpowersourceisindependentfrombackuppower,andwhenthemainpowercannotsustainthefullfunction,thebackuppowershallautomaticallyputintouse.Whenthemainpowersourceisrecovered,thepowersupplyshallautomaticallyswitchbacktomainpowersource.Theequipmentshallbeabletoworkatleast12ho

31、urswiththefullychargedsupercapacitor.线路负荷电流不小于5A时,TA取电5s内应能满足全功能工作要求。线路负荷电流低于5A且超级电容失去供电能力时,应至少能判断短路故障,定期采集负荷电流,并上传至汇集单元。Whenthelineloadc)currentisnolessthan5A,theTApowertakingshouldmeettherequirementoffullfunctionworkingin5s.Whenthelineloadcurrentislowerthan5Aandthesupercapacitorlosesitspowersupply

42、icationdistanceandprotocola)b)c)采集单元与汇集单元通过无线双向通信,可视无遮挡通信距离应不低于50米。Theacquisitionandcollectionunitsusewirelesstwodirectionscommunication,andthevisualnon-blockingcommunicationdistanceshallbenolessthan50m.采集单元与汇集单元之间如通过无线中继或路由方式通信,采集单元之间通信距离应不低于500米。Ifwirelessrelayorrouterisusedinthecommunicationbetwe

45、cksynchronization,thepunctualityaccuracyshouldbe.<2s/24h5.6 功能要求Functionsrequirements150A,突变电流持续一段以闪光形式就地指示故障,5.6.1 短路和接地故障识别Shortcircuitandearthingfaultdetection当检测到电流突变且突变启动值宜不低于5A零漂值,应能就地采集故障信息,5.6.1.1 指示器短路故障判别应自适应负荷电流大小,时间后,各相电场强度大幅下降,且残余电流不超过且能将故障信息上传至主站。Theshortcircuitjudgmentofindicatorsh

47、ashing,andthefaultinformationshallbeabletouploadedtomasterstation.5.6.1.2 发生接地故障,当指示器不能判断出接地故障处于安装位置的上游和下游时,采集单元应能就地采集故障信息和波形,且能将故障信息和波形传至主站进行判断,同时汇集单元应能接收主站下发的故障数据信息,采集单元以闪光形式指示故障;当指示器能判断出接地故障处于安装位置的上游和下游时,采集单元应能就地采集故障信息和波形,以光形式指示故障,且能将故障信息和波形上传至主站。Whentheindicatorcannotidentifywhetherthefaultisint

48、heupstreamordownstreamofthelocalifanearthingfaulthappens,theacquisitionunitshallbeabletoacquirefaultinformationandwaveform,uploadthefaultinformationandwaveformtomasterstation.Atthesametime,thecollectionunitcanreceivethefaultdatainformationsentbymasterstation,andacquisitionunitwillflashtoindicatethef

49、ault.Whentheindicatorisabletojudgethelocal,theacquisitionunitcanlocallyacquirefaultinformationandwaveform,andindicatethefaultwithflashinganduploadthefaultinformationandwaveformtomasterstation.5.6.1.3 指示器应能监测线路三相负荷电流、故障电流、相电场强度等运行信息和主供电源、后备电源等状态信息,并将以上信息上送至主站,同时采集单元具备故障录波功能。Theindicatorshallbeabletom
