12、的原因造成本合同全部或部分不能履约，卖方概不负责但卖方应将上述发生的情况及时通知买方。ForceMajeure:Thesellersshallnotholdanyresponsibilityforpartialortotalnon-performanceofthiscontractduetoForcethesellersadvisethebuyersontimeofsuchoccurrence.12. 争议之解决方式：凡因执行本合约或有关本合约所发生的一切争议，双方应协商解决。如果协商不能得到解决，应提交仲裁。仲裁地点在被告方所在国内，或者在双方同意的第三国。仲裁裁决是终局的，对双方都有约束力
