10、 ofpropagandaa ndideol ogy,sometimesduetothe practical nee ds of inventionnotifications,thisareanee ds furt her企业战略管理课程教学大纲第一部分大纲说明一、大纲制定依据本课程是中央广播电视大学人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点工商管理专业本科(专科起点)的一门必修课。本课程4 学分,课内学时72,一学期开设。二、课程任务企业战略管理是工商管理专业的一门核心专业课。通过教学使学员掌握企业战略管理的基本知识、基本原理,熟悉基本的企业战略分析、制定、实施等方法和工具,具备良好的企业战略管理实际应

11、用能力。三、教学对象具有国家承认的大专以上文凭(主要是工商管理专业)的从事工商管理工作的成人学员。四、教学要求教学过程中,有关基本知识、基本原理按“了解、掌握、应用”三个层次进行。了解:要求学员对本课程中的非核心内容有所知晓,能达到简单列举程度。掌握: 要求学员对本课程的基本原理、概念以及方法深入理解,并能较为详尽地说明相关内容的要点。应用: 要求学员对本课程中的核心内容理解透彻,并能根据企业战略管理实践(案例)灵活应用。五、本课程与其他课程的衔接先修课程:管理学基础、市场营销学、财务管理等。第二部分媒体分配本课程教学媒体分为文字教材、录象教材、IP 课件三种形式。为配合课程教学模式改革与形成
