PartyAshallprovideco-workersforthefirstweekifnecessary.VI. PartyBsobligations1. PartyBshallobservethelaws,decreesandrelevantregulationsenactedb

PartyBshallobservePartyAsworksystemandregulationsconcerningadministrationofforeignteachersandshallacceptPartyAsagreement,direction,supervisionandevaluationinregardtohis/herwork.WithoutPartyAsconsent,PartyBshallnotrenderservi

5、ceelsewhereorholdconcurrentlyanypostunrelatedtotheworkagreedonwithPartyA.3. PartyBshallcompletethetasksagreedonscheduleandguaranteethequalityofwork.4. PartyBshallrespectChinasreligiouspolicy,andshallnotconductreligiousactivitiesincompatiblewiththestatusofateacher.5. PartyBshallrespecttheChinesepeopl

6、esmoralstandardsandcustoms.V.Revision,CancellationandTerminationoftheContract1. BothPartiesshouldabidebythecontractandshouldrefrainfromrevising,canceling,orterminatingthecontractwithoutmutualconsent.2. Thecontractcanberevised,cancelled,orterminatedwithmutualconsent.Beforebothpartieshavereachedanagre

7、ement,thecontractshouldbestrictlyobserved.3. PartyAhastherighttocancelthecontractwithwrittennoticetoPartyBunderthefollowingconditions.(1) PartyBdoesnotfulfillthecontractordoesnotfulfillthecontractobligationsaccordingtothetermsstipulated,andhasfailedtoamendafterPartyAhaspointeditout.(2) Accordingtoth

8、edoctorsdiagnosis,PartyBcannotresumenormalworkafter30dayssickleave.4. PartyBhastherighttocancelthecontractwithawrittennoticetopartyAunderthefollowingconditions:(1)PartyAhasnotprovidedPartyBwithnecessaryworkingandlivingconditionsasstipulatedinthecontract.(2)PartyAhasnotpaidPartyBasscheduled.VIII. Bre

9、achPenaltyWheneitherofthetwopartiesfailstofulfilthecontractorfailstofulfillthecontractobligationsaccordingtothetermsstipulated,thatis,breaksthecontract;itmustpayabreachpenaltyofUS$500(ortheequivalentinRMB).IfPartyBaskstocancelthecontractduetoeventsbeyondcontrol,itshouldproducecertificationbythedepar

10、tmentconcerned,obtainPartyAsconsent,andpayitsownreturnexpenses;IfPartyBcancelsthecontractwithoutvalidreason,itshouldpayitsownreturnexpensesandpaybreachpenaltytoPartyA.IfPartyAaskstocancelthecontractduetoeventsbeyondcontrol,withtheconsentofPartyB,itshouldpayPartyBsreturnexpenses;ifPartyAcancelsthecon

11、tractwithoutvalidreason,itshouldpayPartyBsreturnexpensesandpayabreachpenaltytoPartyB.IX. Theappendixofthiscontractisaninseparablepartofthecontractandhasequaleffect.X. Thiscontracttakeseffectonthedatesignedbybothpartiesandwillautomaticallyexpirewhenthecontractends.Ifeitherofthetwopartiesasksforanewco

12、ntract,itshouldforwarditsrequesttoanotherparty30dayspriortotheexpirationofthecontract,andsignthenewcontractwithmutualconsent.PartyBshallbearallexpensesincurredwhenstayingonafterthecontractexpires.XI. ArbitrationThetwopartiesshallconsultwitheachotherandmediateanydisputes,whichmayariseaboutthecontract

23、tanyreasonoraskingleavefromtheschool,PartyAshallhastherighttofinetheemployeehis/herdoubleofhissalaryduringthoseneglectingdays;iftheemployeehasbeenneglectingtheworkforacontinuoussevendays,PartyAshallhastherighttofiretheemployee.HealthandMedicalCare:Theemployeemustconductamedicalexaminationathis/herow

24、nexpensetocertifythathe/shedoesnotsufferfromhepatitisoranyotherinfectiousdiseasebeforehe/sheleavesforChina.Theemployeecanreceivefreemedicalcareattheschoolsclinicandpaythefeeofthemedicalcareoutsidetheschool.ComputerandTelephone:PartyAprovidestheemployeewiththefacilityofcomputerandtelephone,buttheempl
