1、竞争力论文：竞争力竞争战略战略管理人本管理项目管理【中文摘要】进入21世纪以来,我国的IT产业,在产业规模、结构以及技术水平上得到了大幅提升，随着市场经济体制的逐步建立，我国IT企业面临着来自国际的经验丰富、客户网络强大、资金和技术实力雄厚的竞争对手，因此,提升IT企业的竞争力对我们国家意义重大。本课题结合了国内外一些先进实用的观点及方法，陈述了企业竞争力的来源，它来源于产品的竞争能力、产品的价格及成本的高低、产品质量的优劣、产品品牌的强弱、产品结构的差异化、以及满足客户服务水平的好坏等能力。通过研究万国软件公司目前的现状以及存在的问题,本文还阐述了提高企业竞争力的相关方法，意旨在于提醒广大的

2、IT企业管理者及经营者，通过人本管理，优化项目管理流程，能够有效提高企业竞争力。只有提高企业竞争力，才能在全球化市场竞争中占据有利地位，并且只有通过不断持续改进，才能形成企业真正的核心竞争力，来参与国内、国际竞争,从而更好地在中国乃至世界的经济格局中博弈，并在未来经济格局的博弈中占据最佳领先位置。本论文最主要的内容有如下三点：（1）与IT企业相关的提高竞争力的理论及方法。（2）理论联系实际，对万国软件公司现状及问题展开分析并对企业提高竞争力进行模型设计。（3）结合万国软件公司现状，提出人本管理及优化项目管理的解决策略，并作详细分析及论证。【英文摘要】Inthe21stcentury,China
