、ion with responsibiHes, you can build a strong foundation for your future.(For reference)(根据情况选讲或线上 推送)段落翻译 解题方法 1、阅读原文,理解原文获得总体印象 2、处理原文句子,正确断句、合句,找准主语。
Ourfriends are all over the world 。 Beijing is a political
、and cultural centerthat offers somescenic attractions : the Great Wall, the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace etc.2、减词汉语喜欢重复,英语崇尚简洁。
、!Let us stretch out our arms to embrace the spring, which is one of the revolution, of the people, and of science.3、词类转换词类变形和转换,是英语语言的一个重要特点,尤其是名词、动 词、形容词这三种最主要的词类。Eg. His speech impressed us deeply 。 Don t you think he is an idiot?( 形容词变名词)4、语态转换在英汉两种语言中都有主动和被动两种语态。
The little boy was hurt on his way home from school. The door has been locked up. New textbooks are printed.5、分译蛤译(按内容层次分译)分译:需要分译的句子多数是长句,或者是结构复杂的复句。
Youth will soon be gone, never to return. And it will be too late for you to go into scholarship when in your declining years.(按内容层次分译)她透窗望去,突然发现有个小船停泊在河边,船里有位船夫睡得正 香。Looking through the window, she suddenly spotted a boat moored to the bank. In it there was a boatingman fast asleep.6
The argument he put forward is pretty thin. He was 70, but he carried his years lightly. She couldn ' t have come at a better time. You can never be too careful about Chinese-English translation.7、变序从译文的行文考虑,有时需要
Unique local creations are available in Xi ' an, such as the three colored glazed pottery of the Tang Dynasty and terracotta figures.(“兵马俑”和“唐三彩”在译文中变换了 位置,是为了避免在结构上产生歧义)VII. ExerciseDo and Check the exercisesAssignments:1. Go over the who
