1Scope

Thisstandardspecifiesthetermsanddefinitions,classifications,requirements,testmethodsandinspectionrules,aswellasmarkings,packaging,transportation,andstorageofwoodenphotoframes.

Thisstandardappliestothewoodenphotoframeforindooruseindrycondition.2Normativereferences

6.1Appearancequality

6.2Dimensions

6.2.1Lengthandwidth

Measurethelengthandwidth20mmfromandparalleltotheedgeusingataperulerwithaminimumintervalof1mm.

6.2.2Diameterofroundorovalframe

Twomeasurementsinanydirections,thelongestandtheshortestdiametershallbemeasuredusingataperulerwithaminimumintervalof1mmforroundandovalshapedframe,respectively.

6.2.3Squareness

Measuretwodiagonallengthswithasteeltaperulerwithaminimumintervalof1mmandcalculatethedifferenceinbetween.

6.2.4Openingbetweentwopiecesconnectedatthecorner

Measuretheopeningswiththefeelergaugewithanaccuracyofnolessthan0.02mm.

6.2.5Lipping(heightdifference)betweentwoconnectpieces

Puttheframeonaplatformwiththefacesideup,measurethebiggestlipping(heightdifference)byafeelergaugewithanaccuracyofnolessthan0.02mm.

6.3Physicalandchemicalpropertiestesting

Testpiecesshallbemadefromthesamplesrandomlyselectedfromtheproductsstoredformorethan24h.TherequirementsondimensionsandthequantityofthetestpiecesshallbeconformtoTable5.

ThetestpiecesshallbepreparedaccordingtoGB18584.Theheavymetalcontentoflead(Pb),antimony(Sb),barium(Ba),cadmium(Cd),andchromium(Cr)shallbetestedaccordingtothemethodspecifiedinGB/T9758.1,GB/T9758.2,GB/T9758.3,GB/T9758.4,andGB/T9758.5,respectively.Theheavymetalcontentofmercury(Hg),selenium(Se)andArsenic(As)shallbetestedaccordingtothemethodsspecifiedinGB/T9857.7.

7Inspectionrules

7.1Inspectionclassification

Inspectionisdividedintofactoryinspectionandtypeinspection.

7.1.1Factoryinspectionincludes:

a)Appearancequalityinspection;

b)Dimensioninspection;

c)Moisturecontent.

7.1.2Typeinspection

Typeinspectionincludesalltheitemsoffactoryinspection,formaldehydeemission,“soluble”heavymetalcontent,adhesionofcoatingandwoodspecies.Typeinspectionshallbeimplementedinanyofthefollowingcases:

a)Whentherawandauxiliarymaterialsorproductionprocessesundergomajorchanges;

b)Whenproductionresumesaftersuspensionformorethanthreemonths;

c)Atleasttwiceayearduringnormalproduction;

d)Whennewproductsaremanufacturedortheproductionlineistransferred;

e)Whenthequalitysupervisionagencyrequires.

7.2Principleforbatchcomposition

Eachoftheinspectionbatchesshallbecomposedofthesameproduct,producedwiththesamerawmaterial,thesamespecificationsandthesameproducingtechnique.

7.3Samplingmethods

7.3.1Appearancequality

Forinspectionofappearancequalityitems,adoptdoublesamplingplansfornormalinspectioninGB/T2828.1—2012withinspectionlevelIIandacceptancequalitylimitAQL

Fortheinspectionofphysicalandchemicalproperties,samplingplansareindicatedinTable9.Regardingtheresultsofthefirstinspection,ifacertaininspectionitemfails,theinspectioncanrepeatforonce.Thesamplesshallberandomlyselectedfromthebatch.

7.4Determinationrules

7.4.1Appearancequalityanddimension

Inspectsamplesn1accordingtothesamplingplan.Ifthenumberofnonconformingitemsisequaltoorlessthanthefirstacceptancelimit(Ac1),thelotshallbeconsideredacceptable.Ifthenumberofnonconformingitemsisequaltoorgreaterthanthefirstrejectionnumber,Re1,thelotshallbeconsideredunacceptable.Ifthenumberofnonconformingitemsrangesbetweenofthefirstacceptancenumber(Ac1)andthefirstrejectionnumber(Re1),thesecondinspectionshallbeconductedwiththesamplesizen2.Ifthecumulativenumberofnonconformingitemsisequaltoorlessthanthesecondacceptancenumber(Ac2)thelotshallbeconsideredacceptable.Ifthecumulativenumberofnonconformingitemsisequaltoorgreaterthanthesecondrejectionnumber(Re2),thelotshallbeconsideredunacceptable.

7.4.2Physicalandchemicalproperties

Ifallthetestresultsofallitemsconformtotherequirementsofacertaingrade,thelotshallbeconsideredacceptable.Otherwise,thenonconformingitemsshallbere-inspected.Ifallthere-inspectingresultspassedthere-inspection,thelotshallbeconsideredasacceptable,otherwiseconsideredunacceptable.

7.4.3Woodname

ThewoodspeciesnamesidentifiedshallcomplywiththoselistedinGB/T16734—1997,GB/T18107—2000orGB/T18513—2001;otherwise,thenameusedisconsideredunacceptable.
