They are not conscious of their behavior unacceptable. 133. do not mince (ones) words: If you do not mince your words, you tell someone something unpleasant without making any effort to be polite

The doctors didnt mince their words and predicted the worst possibilities.144. exacerbate: (= worsen; a formal word) To exacerbate something means to make it a lot worse. e.g. His remarks only exacerbated the workers an
