In order to ensure your safety, we hereby notify you of the following safety matters.各位来宾，欢迎光临中国水电孟加拉帕德玛大桥河道治理工程项目部，为了保证你的安全，特向你做如下安全告知。1. Potential Injuries on the Construction SitePotential injuries on the c

3、onstruction site may be caused by: falling from a high place, lifting heavy stuff, machineries, objects, collapse, electric shock, fire, drowning, noise, etc. In order to ensure your safety and prevent incidents from happening, anyone who entering the construction site shall observe our projects saf

4、ety policy “Safety First, Prevention Foremost, Comprehensive Treatment”, shall observe all safety rules on the construction site and shall be under safety supervision from our projects safety management personnel.1、施工现场可能引起的伤害本工程施工现场存的伤害有：高处坠落伤害、起重伤害、机械伤害、物体打击伤害、坍塌伤害、触电伤害、火灾、溺水、噪声等，为了保证您的人身安全，预防发生安全

5、事故，任何非现场施工人员进入施工现场时必须遵循我项目部“安全第一，预防为主，综合治理”的安全方针，遵守本施工现场的一切安全管理规定，接受本项目部安全管理人员的安全监督。2. Safety Rules on the Construction Site2、进入施工现场必须遵守的安全规定：2.1 Please enter the construction site under the guidance of our project personnel and correctly wear safety helmets and personal protective equipment. Please

6、 follow the instructions of the signboards on the construction site and take the safety passageway. Please obey the guidance of the accompanying persons. Activities without authorization within the production areas are forbidden.2.1请在项目部陪同人员的引导下进入施工现场，进入现场请正确佩戴安全帽及个人安全防护用品，并请注意现场安全警示标识提示，走指定的安全通道，服从

7、陪同人员的的指引，严禁自行在生产区域活动。2.2 Women who enter the construction site are forbidden from wearing slippers, high-heeled shoes and short skirts.2.2女性不准穿拖鞋、高跟鞋、穿短裙进入施工现场。2.3 Do not enter the construction site after drinking. No smoking on the construction site.2.3不准酒后进入施工现场；施工现场严禁吸烟。2.4 No playing on the cons

8、truction site.2.4不准在施工现场嬉笑打闹。2.5 Do not touch any equipment which has nothing to do with your work. Do not turn on any electric appliances and any machineries at random.2.5禁止触摸现场内任何与本人工作无关的设备、设施，严禁随意开启电器开关和动用各种机械设备。2.6 Do not move the fire-fighting equipment and safety warning signs at random. 2.6严禁

9、随意动用消防设备、器材和安全警示标志。2.7 Do not destroy any kind of protective equipment on the construction site.2.7 禁止损坏施工现场的各种防护设施。2.8 Do not enter production area without authorization. Do not use production tools, materials, equipment, vehicles or facilities.2.8未经有关负责人同意，不得随意进入无关的生产区域，不准动用生产工具、原料、设备、车辆、设施等。2.9 D

10、o not stay in the dangerous areas of major hazard sources, lifting operations, fire for too long time in case that any accident happens.2.9在重大危险源、吊装、动火等危险区域不要长时间逗留，以免发生意外。2.10 Do not stand or stay within the radius of the excavators. Do not stand or stay under the boom of the crane or within its rad

11、ius in case that injuries caused by collision or heavy objects falling happen.2.10不要在挖掘机旋转半径内站立或逗留，不要在起重机臂下和旋转半径内站立或逗留，以免发生碰撞或重物掉落伤人等伤害。2.11 Please fasten the seat belts when taking vehicles and wear life jackets when taking water transportation. 2.11乘坐路上交通车辆请系好安全带，乘坐水上交通工具务必穿戴救生衣。2.12 Take care whe

12、n walking up and down the ladders of the boats in case that your feet slip. Please take the safety passageway when walking between two boats.2.12上下船的扶梯一定要小心行走，防止脚下打滑，在船舶之间行走，一定要走安全通道。2.13 Please wear lifejackets when working or checking on the river. Do not smoke in the areas such as engine rooms, o

13、il tanks, etc., where there are “No Smoking” signs.2.13在水上工作或检查，务必穿戴救生衣。在船舶的机舱、油舱和有严禁烟火标志的区域，严禁吸烟。2.14 If you fall into the river, please do not panic. Under this circumstances, first, you shall cry loudly so that others can hear and find you. Then, you shall try to keep balance and wait for help.2.

14、14如果你失足落水，一定不要慌张，首先要大声呼叫，让别人发现你的位置，保持身体平衡，等待救援。2.15 Do not go out taking any vehicles when there is heavy fog.2.15大雾天气，请不要乘坐任何交通工具出行。2.16 Please wear earmuffs or earplugs when entering high-noise areas.2.16进入噪音较高的区域，请佩戴耳罩或耳塞。2.17 Do not stay in high places or under trees when there is thunderstorm.

15、Do not make telephone calls. Close the doors and windows. Cut off internet and power.2.17雷暴天气，请不要在室外高处或大树下逗留，不要使用手机，在宿舍内请关闭门窗。切断网络和电源。2.18 Please obey the instructions of the management personnel on site and leave the site immediately when any accident happens or there are some signs of accidents. 16、o not do rescue and relief work.2.18有事故发生或有事故征兆时，非现场施工人员必须服从现场相关管理人员指挥，立即撤离现场，不得参与抢险救灾。2.19 During the visit or check, please do not directly talk with works who are working now in case that it interrupts them. If you have some questions, please ask the accompanying persons.2.19参观（检查）过程中，请不要直接与正在作业的

17、工人交谈，以免影响工人的注意力。如有问题，可直接想陪同人员咨询。2.20 Please do not take photos without authorization.2.20未经允许，施工现场禁止拍照。2.21 In order to ensure public security, please coordinate with the security guards, police and army when they conduct checking.2.21请配合现场保安、警察和军队的相关检查，确保公共安全。3. Personal Commitments I have joined i

18、n the above safety training and I am clear about the above regulations and requirements. After entering the production areas of Sinohydro, I will strictly observe the above regulations and enhance my safety awareness.
