Applicable Scope适用范围This procedure is applicable for all the monitoring and measuring fac

Responsibilities职责3.1 QA department is responsible for equipment registration and record， also charge for collect all facilities, send out for calibration.质量部负责对测量仪器的统一登记，记录，以及设备的送检。3.2 Each user department is responsible for t

4、he equipment management.各使用部门负责对测量仪器和工具的管理。 3.3 Each User department is responsible for equipments daily maintenance.各使用部门负责对测量仪器和工具的日常维护和保养。4. Defines 定义4.1 Measurement equipments: All the equipments or the instruments related inspection with product quality, security and environment test 测量仪器：指与本公

5、司产品质量，安全和环境有关的检验、测量与试验设备或仪器。4.2 External calibration: If company doesnt have the ability to calibrate internally, so entrusts the exterior organization to do the calibration.外校：因公司内部无校验能力，而委托外部机构对测量仪器和工具进行的校验。4.3 Exempt calibration: Some equipment not related to product quality directly. Each depart

6、ment can use directly.免校：对不用于产品品质之直接判定的测量仪器和工具，各使用部门确认后无需进行校验。5. Procedures工作程序5.1 Measurement equipment classification controls测量仪器分类控制 Measurement equipment code to formulate by the quality department.测量仪器编码由质量部统一管理制定。 Measurement equipment's code is only, pastes in measurement equipment's

7、 appropriate position, and registers in "Measurement equipment Data sheet".测量仪器的编码是唯一的，贴于测量仪器的适当位置上，并在测量仪器一览表上登录。 Measurement equipment's calibration in this company is divided external calibration and exempt calibration.本公司测量仪器的校验分外校和免校。5.2 Yearly measurement equipment calibration pla

8、n 年度测量仪器校验计划 QA department will create Annual calibration plan for all equipments need to be calibrated. 凡需校验的测量仪器均由质量部制定测量仪器年度校验计划。 QA department will define the calibration frequency according to the machines instructions, the importance of the equipments etc.质量部根据测量仪器的使用频率、测量设备说明书规定的要求、测量设备对产品质量的

9、影响程度等，规定各测量仪器的校验周期。5.3 Equipment external calibration process测量仪器外校作业 When equipments need to be calibrated, the responsible guy should inform all dept. at least half month in advance.测量仪器校验日期到达前，由设备管理人员提前半月书面通知使用单位准备所需校验的测量仪器。 Equipments to be used shall collect well and arranges the external calib

10、ration before the calibration date.测量仪器使用部门须在通知中所规定的日期之前将测量仪器收集好并安排外部检验。 The calibration institution should have the authorization from national bureau or the original equipments manufactures. And they should give the calibration report after finish calibration.本公司测量仪器外校单位为具有国家级资格及以上的校验机构或原设备制造商。测量仪

11、器校验后，由外校供方提供校验报告。5.3.4 If calibration result is not good, should put suspension use label and begin repair work first. After repairs, needs to do calibration again. When it is unable the repair, the use department give the scrap application, and fills in "scrap application form", also need

12、 to get approval from dept. manager before scrap.当测量仪器校验不合格，贴上暂停使用标签，进行修复作业。修复后的测量仪器需要再次进行校验且合格后，方可交付使用。当无法修复时，由使用部门提交报废申请，并填写报废申请单，经部门经理批准后实施报废。5.3.5 To the unqualified equipments is forbidden to use.对校验不合格的测量仪器限制使用。5.4 After finish calibration, quality department should record in "Measurement

13、 equipments data sheet".测量仪器每次校验完毕后，由质量部将校验结果登记在测量仪器一览表。5.5 Measurement equipment's management测量仪器的管理5.5.1 All equipment bought in must be qualified and confirmed by dept. manager.所购入的测量仪器，需校验合格且经部门经理确认后，方可交付使用。5.5.2 Using and maintenance使用与保养5.5.2.1 Each use department should use and maint

14、ain according to "equipments user manual".各使用单位应按产品使用说明书进行测量仪器的使用和保养。5.5.2.2 The transporting, protection and storage of measurement equipment should strictly follow operating manual request.对所持测量仪器的搬运、防护及储存等事项，应严格按照操作说明书的要求执行。5.5.4 Measurement equipment abnormal situation during the calib

15、ration period:测量仪器在校验周期内，出现异常情况的处理。5.5.4.1 Creates measurement equipment damage because of uses.由于不正确使用而造成测量设备的损坏。5.5.4.2 Measurement equipment is broken测量仪器发生了故障。5.5.4.3 The measurement equipment has provided the suspicious test result.该测量仪器提供了可疑的检测结果。5.5.4.4 All above, any item occurs, this measurement equipment should stop using immediately, and double check, if the situation is true, should implement the calibration according to this procedure. 以上四项，任何一项发生时，该测量仪器应立即停止使用，并进行复查，如果情况属实，按照本程序对该测量仪器提前实施校
