屋面防水补漏施工方案

1、屋面防水补漏施工方案经我厂路平安，周先生等人实地考察，对该楼屋面漏水情况有所了解，主要是楼板与雨儿墙脱裂，原有防水层严重破损。根报以上情况特制以下方案：清除屋面原有隔热层及空鼓的原有防水层，并用水清洗干净。找出楼板裂缝，凿开裂缝成V字型至原楼板，宽度不得低于8c项然后用聚胺脂防水涂料涂刷2遍，待干后用水泥砂浆抹平。雨儿墙处理：雨儿墙原有防水有空鼓的地方要清除，凹凸的滴水线要凿除，然后用水泥砂浆抹平。防水层施工：a、材料采用2mmff双面自粘卷材，辅料以宏安聚胺脂2mmff防水材料做加强楼面的粘连型，做法为湿铺法。b、将聚胺脂搅拌成浆糊状，然后均匀涂刷至楼面，开始铺设防水卷材。c、卷材铺设首先从
