EMERGENCY STAND BY PERSONNEL 紧急待命人员FJLNG & its sub contractors shall designate appropriate staff member(s) as Emergency Standby Personnel who shall assist in handling emergencies at the office & jobsite. The sub-contractor shall report to FJLNG on the protection measures having taken before leaving the jobsite.当四级和四级以上的台风

The stoppage of work due to typhoon or rainstorm shall not vitiate the sub-contractors right, duties and liabilities in the conditions of contract.因台风或风暴导致的停工不应损害分包商的权利，义务和合同条件的责任。10. Wind protection requirements: 防风保护要求The procedures to provide

48、protection from wind damage vary with size of the installation & location. Local experience will be used to determine the protection to be provided over and above the minimum requirements, but when winds are expected to regularly exceed 25 mph (40 Kmph) 防风保护程序随着安装大小和位置的变化而变化。采纳当地防风经验满足较低的防风要求。Listed

51、uring periods of high winds and storms when additional wind protection is needed, install outside storm guys and anchor to the stakes as shown in the sketch below or to a number of concrete blocks of minimum one cubic meter embedded below the ground. (Minimum 3/8. diameter wire rope guy lines). The
