The workmanship is electrical construction manual for COSLProspector project.此操作工艺为COSLProspector项目的电气施工工艺。2. The general ele

3、ctrical installation should abide by this workmanship, except where specified on production drawings.总体电气安装应该遵守此工艺,除非在产品图纸中有特别的指出。3. Color mark all cabie trays,the marking will be as following.所有电缆托架都需要有颜色标识条,具体标识如下: Red for high voltage cabie trays. 红色用于高压电缆托架。 Yellow for low voltage power cable tr

4、ays. 黄色用于低压动力电缆托架。 Green for instrument/signal cable trays. 绿色用于仪表通信电缆托架。 The marking to be on the best visual side of the cable tray and the marking to be 200mm wide. The marking to be applied on both sides of MCT/Coamings and every 5 meters. The letters A, B or C will be applied in black colour in

6、 主电缆托架的安装主电缆托架的安装1.1 GENENRAL 总则总则1.1.1 The OGLAEND system shall be used for cable support system for this rig if no special mentioned in this manual. 如无特殊说明,欧格朗系统电缆托架等电缆支撑件将应用于这个平台上。1.1.2 Cable ladder shall be used for main cable way. Type is OE-125.电缆托架应用于主电缆路径. 类型是 OE-125.1.1.3 All the cable ladd

7、ers, supports, cover etc. Stainless steel SS316L shall be used in all areas.所有区域的电缆托架,托盘,电缆支撑,保护盖等需要用不锈钢 SS316L 材质.1.1.4 The cover for the cable ladders should be used for outside area and the machine area where may be produce mechanical damage.保护盖板应用于所有安装在室外露天区域和机械区一些容易产生机械损伤的区域。1.1.5 Splices Conne

8、ctors shall be used between each cable ladders所有的托架之间需要用连接片连接.1.1.6 All the materials and accessories for OGLAEND system should be follow the material list.欧格朗系统的材料和附件,必须按照材料清单选择。1.1.7 The length of standard cable ladder is 3m. 标准电缆托架的长度为 3 米。1.1.8 In general, Cable ladder support spacing is between

9、 1.5m-2m, for the heavy cable ladder (width600mm), the support spacing should be 1.2m-1.5m.通常,电缆托架支撑间距一般为 1.5 米-2 米,对于重型托架(宽度600mm),托架支撑间距为 1.2-1.5 米。Details: 1.There shall be a cable ladder support installed emidiately before and after a bend or a riser (elevation change).2.There shall be a cable s

10、upport no longer than 300mm from a splice of 2 cable ladders.1.1.9 The welding bracket for Cable support shall be welding on bulb bar or T bar on structure as much as possible.电缆托架支腿应该尽可能的焊接在结构的球扁钢或者 T 型材上。1.1.9 The cable Ladders are to be be installed in alignment with surrounding structure and equ

11、ipment, large and rapid changes (both vertical and horizontal) to be avoided. 12、bends must in the end come out in alignment with the sorroundings.电缆托架要设计和安装的尽可能平直,要尽量避免大而急的变化(包括垂直和水平方向)1.1.11 Cable ladders support to be welded against beams or deck-heads at such a distance to permit to lay cables on top of the ladders as far as practicable.当电缆托架焊接于横梁或上甲板时,电缆托架上部须留出拉放电缆所需的距离。1.1

13、.12 When the welding support direct weld to deck or bulkhead, the welding pads is required. If the welding support weld to bulb bar or T bar, then no need to use welding pads. The requirement for welding pad, see table 2.当支腿焊接片直接焊接到甲板或者舱壁上时都需要用腹板,如果是支腿焊接片焊接到球扁钢或者 T 型材上时,不需要加腹板. 腹板的要求,见下面表格 2。1.1.13

14、Cable ladder size shall be selected considering the number of cables and their size lay on as well as the heat dissipation.电缆托架的尺寸需考虑电缆的数量,尺寸及散热。1.1.14 Normally, the Welding throat of cable support to be minimum 3.5 mm. 通常,电缆托架支腿焊侯尺寸最小 3.5 毫米。1.1.15 When installing the cable ladder, site works must

Types are SPB-RF40 and SPBE-20-50.SPB-RF40 is used for cable tray (50mmW200mm).SPBE-20-50 is used for cable tray(W=50mm).电缆托盘应用于分支电缆路径(width200mm). 类型分别是 SPB-RF40 和 SPBE-20-50.SPB-RF40 应用于分支托架宽度(50mm=5mm如果 焊

39、n 3 mm. buttering welding shall be carried out by GROOVE qualification welder.长肉至间隙小于等于 3;长肉焊工资质为坡口焊工;b) Inspect the butter metal with MT 对长肉部门进行 MT 探伤;c) Welding as required in clause 2.1 参照条款 2.1 焊接。Method 2方法 2 a) Grind and fix round ceramic backing;打磨并安装圆形陶瓷衬垫b) Welding from one side; 焊接一侧c) Rem

For cable coaming fabrication all butt joint shall be complete penetration.电缆筒本身制

43、作需要采用全熔透焊缝形式。2. The extent of NDT shall be 5% during bushing fabrication.电缆筒成品需要做 5%的无损探伤。3. All welders intend for bushing fabrication and installation shall be approved by CLASS, and welder qualification shall cover all related welding position.参与制作,安装电缆筒的焊工必须为经船级社认可焊工,资质需满足产品焊接焊接要求。4.Class NV-A36

44、 steel plate should be used for the coaming thickness is less than 16mm; And Class NV-D36 should be used for other coaming.板厚小于 16mm 的电缆筒板级应为 NV-A36;板厚大于等于 16mm 的板级为 NV-D36.1.2 Coaming welding(after on board)电缆筒焊接(上船后)电缆筒焊接(上船后)1. 焊工资质,所有 CJP 要求 3G+4G 焊工资质,其他角焊缝要求 3F+4F 焊工资质。Welder qualification: Al

45、l CJP joints shall be welded by 3G+4G qualified welder, others fillet joints shall be welded by 3F+4F qualified welder.2. 电缆筒安装完毕后需要进行无损探伤,探伤比例要求为:三类结构 5%。全熔透焊缝需要进行 UT+MT 探伤。NDT shall be carried out after installation, the extent shall be 5% for secondary area. UT and MT shall be carried out for CJP
