Goals and Functions for Teacher Coaches教學輔導教師的目標和功能nProvide classroom-based coaching and demonstration lessons in subject content and new programs.在課堂內提供學科內容及新設課程上的 教學輔導與示範教學nAccelerate teachers skills and knowledge development and facilitate r
3、eflection and self-assessment.增進教師教學技巧及知識上的發展, 並促進教師自我反省及自我評鑑能力A. Operations and Responsibilities of a Teacher Coach教學輔導教師的運作及職責nProvide 2.5-5.0 hours per week of sup

Conditions 工作時數與待遇nFor part-time coaches: Normal work year as a teacher plus 2.5-5.0 add
10、itional hours/week. Additional 5% of yearly income for coaching one teacher. Cannot coach more than two teachers. 兼任教學輔導教師:一般教師工作年,再加每週2.5-5.0小時的額外工作。 每輔導一位老師,增加5%的薪水;至多輔導兩位nFor full-time coaches: Normal work year as a teacher plus over time stipend. n專任教學輔導教師:一般教師工作年與薪資, 如超時另付鐘點費 D.
