4、 feature 1、 三偏心结构Three-dimensional eccentric structure 由于该阀采取了三偏心结构,从几何形状上使得阀座与蝶板密封圈在阀门整个开关过程中完全脱离,这一独特的偏心组合,既利用了凸轮效应,又完全消除了摩擦,从而实现了阀门在90°启闭行程中,阀座与蝶板上的多层弹性密封圈之间无摩擦消除了因密封面的磨损而产生阀门泄露的可能,大大延长了阀门的使用寿命,阀门密封面上的比压可通过外力矩的增减进行作任意调整,使其密封更为可靠,绝不会出现过关现象。For the valve adopts three-dimensional structure, com

5、pletely release the valve seat from the dished end sealing ring in the entire switching course, the unique eccentric combination utilizes cam effect and completely eliminate the friction, so as to realize zero friction between valve seat and multi-tiered elastic sealing ring, eliminate the possibili

6、ty of leakage caused by friction, greatly prolong the use life of valve. The specific pressure in the sealing face of valve could be regulated randomly through externally applied torque, make seal more credible, without phenomenon of pass. 2、多层次弹性金属密封圈Multi-tiered elastic metal sealing ring 真空蝶阀利用安装

7、在蝶板上的多层次弹性密封圈来实现真正的零泄漏。蝶板上的多层次弹性密封圈是由不锈钢片和优质石棉板一层一层相互叠加压制而成。它即具备金属密封副的硬度及较好的抗摩擦性能,又具有软密封副的弹性及较好的密封性能,当外力阀杆通过施加扭矩时,也使密封圈径向压缩和柔动,而密封圈与阀座接触面是“锥中锥“的结构,两个锥体均为斜锥体,密封圈与阀座之间的接触角产生轻微的“楔块效应”,使密封圈发生柔动和径向压缩。正是由于密封圈与阀座之间的均匀接触及密封圈的柔性使阀座周边产生均匀荷载,从而用最小的力矩实现最严密的切断,致使阀门达到零泄漏。The vacuum butterfly valve adopts multi-ti

It equips hardness of metal sealing with better antifriction performance, b

When the valve rod exert torque, but also make seal ring compress and move vertically, the interface between seal ring and valve seat is “cone-shaped” structure, two cones are both oblique cones, the contacting corner will produce

10、light wedge effect, make seal ring move and compress vertically. For the uniform contact between sealing ring and valve seat, and the softness of seal ring make valve seat produce homogeneous loading, so as to realize most stringent with minimum torque, reach zero leakage. 3、阀门阀轴底部密封结构The hermetical

11、ly-sealed construction in the bottom of valve and shaft 阀门阀轴底部密封采用金属缠绕平垫加优质橡胶“O”型圈双重密封结构,阀底端盖与阀体连接采用凹凸法兰式结构,密封垫为包边金属缠绕垫片,该垫即有较高强度,又有可靠密封性能,另外在自润滑轴承上部,阀杆与阀体之间设有一套“O”型圈密封装置,即有效地防止了阀门底部的外泄漏,又对自润滑轴承起到了防护作用。It adopts metal winding gasket plus excellent rubber “O” ring double seal structure, applies conca

21、application and maintenance attention 1 产品在出厂前都己经按有关标准(GB/T13927)的规定进行检验合格,执行装置调试完毕。为了保证产品的使用效果,请勿随意调整紧固件、定位装置等。 The products are tested to be qualified according to relevant GB/T13927 before leaving factory, completion of debugging. In order to ensure the utilize effect, please do not regulate the

22、fastener and locating device. 2 阀门安装前应做如下工作 Please carry out following work before installing the valve 要使阀体上的指示箭头与管道介质流向一致,切不可装反。 The indicating arrow in the valve body should be in same direction with media flow. 查验管道法兰是否与与阀门连接法兰一致,安装时要均匀拧紧螺母,法兰密封垫片对称效置。 Check the pipe flange is whether connected

23、with valve connection flange, tighten the nut at installation, the flange gaskets should be placed symmetrically. 认真核对使用工况与本产品的工作压力、工作温度、耐腐蚀性是否相附;Check the service condition is whether accord with the working pressure, temperature and anticorrosion. 检查阀门通道和启闭件是否附着污物,如果有的话应进行清理,清理时不得损伤密封面; Check the

24、valve channel and switch are whether annexed with dirt, please clear up if any, do not damage the seal face while cleaning. 检查阀门各部件是否有松动或损伤; Check each part of valve is whether loosen or damage. 该阀门单向密封、90°旋转,0°全关,90°全开,观察阀门的启闭位置是否与此相附。并检查有无卡阻现象。 The valve is one-way sealed, 90o revol

25、ving, 0o fully close, and 90o fully open; observe the switching position is whether matching. And then check if there is jamming phenomenon. 3 该阀门即可截断介质,也可调节介质流量The valve could cut media but also regulate the flow of media. 4 手动操作时顺时针为关、逆时针为开,操作时注意观察位置指针或指示盘刻度;Rotary clockwise to turn off and anticl

26、ockwise to turn on at manual operation, please observe the cursor position or indicating scale. 5 阀门在使用中遇到故障时应及时查明原因,及时排除,不得敲砸、强行启闭; Find out the reason while the valve goes wrong, eliminate in time, no beating and forced start & stop. 6 安装后如管道要进行强度试验,应使阀门处于全开状态; Take strength test on the pipe a

27、fter installation, enable the valve on fully open status. 7 如果现场要对阀门进行检验应按GB13927-92或JB/T9092-99标准的规定进行;Please perform the testing according to GB13927-92 or JB/T9092-99 standard. 8 如果阀门开启比较频繁应定期给执行机构加注润滑油脂; If the valve is started frequently, please lubricate the actuator periodically. 9 有关电动、执行装置的

28、情况请参阅相对装置制造商提供的使用说明书; Please refer to the use instruction provided by manufacturer about the motor-driven and actuating unit. 10 阀门在搬运过程中要避免碰撞,以免损伤密封面或执行机构 Avoid crashing during the course of convey, as to damage the seal surface or actuator. 11 阀门长期存放时,应放于阴凉干燥处,蝶板处于开启5°7°位置,并将两端封堵,然后加以覆盖,

29、在没有包装箱的情况下阀门不得重叠放置。 If the valve is kept for long time, please place it to dry and cool location, keep butterfly board at open position of 5°7°, and block up two terminals and cover them.
