51、有效阻止他人仿冒，甚至会导至专利被宣告无效的后果。权利要求是分别针对不同的发明主题，例如：物品、物质、材料、工具、装置、设备、制造方法、使用方法、通讯方法、处理方法以及将产品用于特定用途的方法等清楚并简要地表述请求专利保护的范围。请求专利的权利要求可分为独立权利要求及从属权利要求二种，一份权利要求书中会至少包含一项独立权利要求，还可以包含从属权利要求。从属权利要求乃依附于独立权利要求，系用以对独立权利要求的内容更加以限定或说明。独立权利要求可有许多项，每一独立权利要求可有许多附属权利要求。在翻译或审核权利要求时请注意：权利要求的每一项仅能有一个句点，其间可使用逗点、分号、冒号等。ii.1
