3、护装置在电力系统运行出现故障时,会有选择地切出故障,将最接近故障点的开关设备及时断开,有效防止故障的扩大,让电力系统故障部分除外的其他部分还能持续正常运行。3灵敏性。继电保护装置的灵敏性可用过灵敏系数来衡量,是指它对保护范围内的异常状态或运行故障的反应能力。4快速性。在系统发生故障时,继电保护装置能以允许的最快速度做出反应,及时断开开关设备以确保故障无蔓延扩大趋势,对故障元件损坏程度的减轻也起到很好作用,为故障解除后的电力系统同步运行的安全稳定的实现奠定基础To strengthen the maintenance of protective relaying operation, we mu

13、护装置与其二次回路做有效检查与校验。继电保护装置的校验内容主要有对保护装置整组动作的检验、进行电气特性试验与对继电器机械部分的检查、二次通电试验、分闸电压与二次回路绝缘电阻的测量。而对继电保护装置与其二次回 路的检查内容主要有确保保护定值单的完整有效与合理保存、确保继电器无异常、检查相关装置设备的电源与液晶面板及指示灯显示等是否正常准确、检查装置交流采样与报文及开入量是否正常、对转换开关与压板位置进行检查、确保运行中无异常气味或声响。对于同期建设或改造的二次回路的新安装继电保护装置,需在投运一年后做首次全面检查,若发现装置运行状态不良,应根据实际情况制定确定有针对性的检修项目并适当缩短检修周期

32、济高效的实现创造良好条件。3强化对检修人员的素质与业务技能的培训。要提高继电保护可靠性,就要注意对继电保护装置的检修,而这对检修人员的综合素质及业务技能有很高的要求,检修人员掌握较高的检修技术并具有丰富的检修经验,能及时对系统故障作出准确分析,能对继电保护装置的健康状态做综合评价,还能作出合理的检修决策,有效优化检修工艺与计划等,这些都是检修人员技术素质的体现,是确保检修质量的基础与关键。因此必须对加强检修人员的素质与业务技能的培训,通过宣讲、学习等手段强化检修人员的安全意识,提高检修人员的工作责任心与积极性,并通过专业的技能培训与有效 的考核方式等, 提高检修人员的综合素质及业务技能, 使其

33、对检修工作从理论到实际操作都 有一个整体的把握与了解,熟知检修操作过程与规章制度要求,有效提高检修质量。同时, 应通过有效的激励奖罚制度以及健全的岗位责任制, 在提高检修人员责任心的同时, 确保具 体的检修工作落实到位,为继电保护高效运行提供可靠保障。 2 to strengthen the day-to-day maintenance and operation of relay protection.
