28、单比价表、 询价单. 研发图纸设计异常统计表较好地保持了采购产品符合规定的要求,满足公司产品质量需求,确保采购过程处于受控状态。2. 供应商开发管理:新开发增加39 家新供应商,其中新增加成为我司长期供应商的有14 家,优化了我司供应商资源。3. 供应商管理;组织研发,品管对钣金和机加工供应商进行了现场供应商评估。另对我司主要供应商做了年度供应商考核评级,用数据化的方式对供应商进行管理4. 加强采购成本控制管理:2012 年经统计我司原材料采购成本同比降低节省了金额;770.370.00 元,主要统计如下;明细统计如下; 雕刻切割事业部:550.434.00 元 、打标划片事业部:181.84
