2、理银行业务的指令或描述银行效劳程序的句式.(2)教学难点学生在真实的语言情境中运用句型给出办理银行业务的指令或描述银行效劳程序.二、教学目标1 .知识目标(1) 识另1J account, draw, check, exchange, deposit, insert, rate, sign 等词意思.(2) 使用 sign your name, fill in the form, insert, deposit money, show your passport,write your name on the back, draw money from an ATM等给出银行业务的指令或描述银行

3、效劳程序.2 .水平目标(1)学生能听懂客人要办理的银行业务名称和咨询内容.(2)学生能运用 Asking for information 和Offering the service 等句式进行办理银行业务 的指令或描述银行效劳程序的对话.3 .情感目标学生认同行业的效劳质量的要求,为客人提供符合行业标准的效劳.三、教学步骤Step I Lead-in1. Look and match. (Activity 1)At the beginning of the class, the teacher asks:" Do you know what kind of services dob

They read the sentences and match them with the related pictures.Then the teacher checks the answers, meanwhile, the teacher helps students to get through some difficult words (account, draw, check, exchange).2. Listen and match. (Activity 2)Ss look through the expressio

5、ns to get the main idea of the information. The teacher helps students to understand the new words (deposit, insert). Then the teacher plays the tape, at the same time students match the information. At last the teacher checks the answers.3. Act and practice. (Activity 3)The teacher makes a dialogue

6、 with one of the students, using the expressions of activity 2.Then students work in pairs to practice dialogues, following the example.Step II Listening and speaking1. Listen and number. (Activity 9)Now that students have known some auto-bank services, the teacher asks if they know other self-service banking. In this way, the teacher leads students move to read the passage. Before

21、students read the passage, the teacher tells them the ways to gain main idea of the passage, such as focusing on the sub-titles (Auto banks, cell phone banking, Internet banking, telephone banking), paying attention to the beginning and the end of the passage. Ss read the passage quickly and choose

(Activity 10)Students read out the four small tasks of activity 10.The teacher helps students to get the meaning of the sentences, especially focusing on the words (apply for overdraft, payment, transfer). Then the teacher lists the possible difficult words or phrases (branch
