3、arried out at the same time.2.舵系的上下基点分别设在14500mm台上和临时支架FR0处.上下基点要 由搭载部门向质量部门提交认可.2. Upper base point of rudder unit lays on 14500mm platform while the down base point lays on temporary support on FR0.3.特别注意在进行本工艺施工时,前后必须用同一把卷尺进行测量.3. Special attention should be paid on that the same tapeline used fr

Conditions of rudder unit alignment(1)舵系拉线要和轴系拉线同时进行.(1) Rudder unit alignment is carried out at the same time with shafting system alignment.(2) 14500mm平台FR0处的舵系上基点,和舵系下基点交验并通过.(2) Upper base
7、point on 14500mm platform and down base point on FR0 pass the inspection.2.拉舵线 Rudder alignment(1)通过上下舵系基点拉一钢丝线,钢丝直径为0.50.8mm,钢丝拉力为尽可能拉紧.(1) Pull a steel wire across the upper and down base point of rudder unit. The diameter of the steel wire is 0.50.8mm, and pull it as tight as possible.(2)舵线拉好后检查与
8、轴线的相交情况,要求两者偏离&4mm(2) After rudder alignment, check the interruption with shaftalignment. The required deviation should be no more than 4mm.(3) 舵线与轴线不垂直度1/1000mm(4) The out of vertical degree between rudder alignment and axes is 1/1000mm.(4)舵线到艇柱后端面的距离 5425± 5mm(4) The distance of rudder al
9、ignment and end sternpost is 5425± 5mm.(5)检查挂舵臂上下舵承与钢丝线的偏差,并做好正确的记录,要求舵承 中央与钢丝线的偏差0 5mm(5) Check the deviation of steel wire and rudder appendage upper and down part, take note, the required deviation of steel wire and rudder carrier center is no more than 5mm.(6)根据施工图纸舵系布置图(VCS563C-F1-2301计算挂舵
10、臂上下舵承内 孔周围的加工余量.VCS563C-F1-(6) According to drawing Arrangement of Rudder Unit2301) , calculate the upper and down part of rudder carrier inner hole surrounding machining excess.、制作加工基准点,挂舵臂钱孑三、Machining of Base Point and Rudder Appendage Boring1.分别在挂舵臂上、下舵承的上下端面,以钢线为中央制作共计四组基准 点并固定在挂舵臂的上下四个端面上.1. T
11、ake the steel wire as center, make four groups of base points and fix them on 4 ends surface of upper and down rudder carrier.2. 用千分顶尺精确测量基准点到钢线的距离,并逐步加工修正基准点使之 到钢线的距离相等同一基准点处,直至各点偏差不超过0.02mm为止.3. Use the micrometer calipers to measure the distance of base point and steel wire, revise the base point
12、 until the distance no more than 0.02mm.3.按施工图纸和挂舵臂链孔工艺等要求对挂舵臂进行链孔,链孔后的内表 面的外表粗糙度为Ra3.2,圆度、圆柱度不大于0.05mm链孔结束后测量挂舵臂上 下舵孔的直径,见附表1此数据作为赛龙套加工的依据.同时测量从 14500平 台到挂舵臂上下舵钮的下端的尺寸,此数据用来确定舵承座子的高度.4. Rudder appendage boring according to the construction drawing and technical procedure. Afer boring, the inner sur
13、face roughness is Ra3.2, circularity and cylindricity no more than 0.05mm.四、舵系二次拉线四、Second Alignment of Rudder Unit1 .以加工好的上、下舵扭中央拉线.并且将中央线延伸到距舵机平台1M高的位置.同时测量挂舵臂上下舵钮的圆度和圆柱度见附表22 . Draw a line at the center of machined upper and down rudder wring. Extend the line until reach 1m high from steering gea
14、r platform.3 .检查与轴线相交偏移量0 4mm4 . Check the deviation with intersect axes line no more than 4mm.5 .在舵机平台上做4个基准点,基准点安装在以舵中央线为圆心直径为 1400mm勺位置,而且基准点一定要对准舵中央线.见图 16 . Fix 4 base points on strengthen ring under steering gear platform for orient rudder stock installation.Drawingl7 .确定舵承座子高度,并定位焊接,同时确定舵机座子高
15、度.舵承座高度允许偏差0 5mm4. Make sure the height of rudder appendage seating, weld it as orientation, at the same time confirm the height of steering gear seating.6.按图纸要求拉线定位舵机座子并焊接.5. According to the drawing, alignment and position steering gear seating and weld it.7.按舵机安装图号,钻舵机座子孔,并研磨正稍供调整垫研配.6. Drill hol
16、e of steering gear seating according to Steering Gear Installation drawing, grind it for adjusting pad grinding.五、挂舵臂轴承套的加工与安装五、Machining and Installation of Rudder Appendage Sleeve1 .根据施工图纸和生产厂家的过盈量要求,以挂舵臂孔链孔后的交验尺寸为 基准,确定轴套外径的加工尺寸并进行加工、交验.1. According to construction drawing and maker ' s shrin
17、krange requirement, and inspect size after rudder appendage boring, fix the out diameter size of sleeve and machining for inspection.2.根据生产厂家的要求,挂舵臂轴承套应采用液氮冷缩的方法进行安装:首 先将轴承套装入保温性能良好的液氮箱内进行降温,然后,待液氮停止沸腾降温 过程结束之后,分别将上下轴承套取出装入已经经过仔细清洁的挂舵臂上下轴承 的内孔中.施工过程中操作人员应严密注意液氮的使用平安,预防液氮飞溅伤害皮 肤.2. As maker ' s r
18、equirement, rudder appendage sleeve should be installed by liquid nitrogen contraction method. First put sleeve into heat preservation box which is filled with liquid nitrogen, and then after the liquid nitrogen stop boiling(cool down process finished), fit the up and down sleeves on the well cleani
19、ng inner holes of up and down rudder appendage bearing. During this process, pay attention to safety problem to prevent liquid nitrogen splashing and hurt skin.3.待轴承套恢复常温后,检查确认轴承套的安装状态,并完善压板等后续工 事.3. After the sleeve recover to normal temperature, check the installation state and complete the follow
20、ing work like pressing plate, etc.六、舵系局部的安装六、Installation of Rudder Unit1 .将舵杆自上而下临时吊挂于比14500mmp台略高的舵杆安装的上方位置.1. Hang rudder stock from top to bottom just above the 14500mm platform for rudder stock installation.2. 将舵叶(含舵销)吊运于挂舵臂的底部,仔细调整舵叶位置,使舵销准确 的对准挂舵臂的下舵承孔.将下舵承孔和舵销外表清理干净并均匀涂抹滑油.将舵 叶慢慢升起,直至到达其图纸要求
21、所能到达的最高位置,然后在舵叶底部用垫墩将 其稳妥的支撑好.3. Hang rudder blade(include rudder pintle) to bottom of rudder appendage, carefully adjust rudder blade position to make rudder pintle aim at bottom hole of rudder carrier. Clean surface of bottom hole of rudder carrier and rudder pintle, and grease with lubrication oi
22、l. Slowly uprise rudder blade until to the highest position required on drawing, and then support with frusta steadily on bottom of rudder blade.3.将舵叶的舵杆孔与挂舵臂的上舵承孔对齐,慢慢地降下舵杆,用环链手拉 的产将舵杆扶正.4. Align rudder stock hole and upper rudder carrier hole, slowly down rudder stock and straight with chain block
23、.5. 舵杆继续吊装下降,慢慢落入舵承孔和舵叶的舵杆铸件孔内.舵杆下椎体 完全到位后,装配垫圈和液压螺母,并尽可能拧紧液压螺母.6. Continue down rudder stock to fit in rudder appendage hole and hole of casting for stock. After rudder stock below centrum arrives the right position, fix the pad and hydraulic nut, and screw the hydraulic nut as tight as possible.5.
24、按舵杆压装规程进行压装报验.7. According to press fitting procedure to carry out press work and inspection work.七.舵柄安装七.Installation of Rudder Tiller1 .舵叶,舵柄与舵机确认零位.1. “0" position confirmation of rudder blade, rudder tiller andsteering gear.2 .舵柄零位对准船肿线,落入舵杆上(要考虑舵机座子孔与舵机孔对正的情 况).用8个顶丝支撑起舵机,待螺母上紧以后拆掉 8个顶丝开始压
25、装.3 . Rudder stock“0" position aim at center line of the ship aswell as“0" position of rudder stock(consider alignment of steeringgear seating hole and steering gear hole). 8 jackscrews to support steering gear, after tighting nut, remove the 8 jackscrews and start press work.3.舵柄压装按舵杆与舵柄压
26、装工艺规程施工.4 . Rudder stock hydraulic installation according to Rudder Stock, Rudder Tiller Hydraulic InstallationTechnical Procedure.5 .调整舵机柱塞长度 L1=L2, L3=L4,见图2;6 . Adjust length of steering gear trunk piston L1=L2,L3=L4, as draw 2;图2Drawing 27 .调整舵机油缸座子使舵柄滑块间隙5. Adjust steering gear tank seating to
27、make rudder tiller slide block satisfy following:(1)每个滑块上、下间隙均等.(1) Upper and down of slide block have evenly clearance.(2)前、后两组滑块间隙应在相同一侧.见图3;(2) For before and behind two groups of slide blocks, the clearanceis on the same side. Details as Drawing 3.图3Drawing 36. .舵杆按舵承座子下面基准点找正,进行舵承树脂浇注(按效劳商要求 做)
28、.7. Rudder stock alignment according to base point under rudder carrier seating, and carry out rudder carrier casting resin(as maker' srequirement).8. 树脂凝固后,复查基准,把紧舵承,撤掉舵叶下部支承.9. When resin freeze, recheck the alignment point, tight rudder carrier, remove supports under rudder blade.八.各部间隙及零位交验八、Inspection of PartsClearance and"0" Position1 .调整舵叶位置,安装止跳块.1. Adjust rudder blade position and install stopper.2.检查上下舵承处间隙.2. Check clearance of upper and down rudder appendage.3.确定舵叶“零位.3. Fix rudder blade"0" position(1) 将船体中央线引到舵叶底部
