、ilk.
2010高考新题型讲的是“体育教育”的问题,第一段的首句便是本文的中心大意, “Phys ed(physical education) is making acomeback as a part of the schoolcore curriculum,but with a difference。”
In the new P.E. program, childrenlearn to liftweights, balance their diets and build physical enduran
、cerather than _. Instead of learning how to climb arope, children are taught to liftweights, balance their diets and buildphysical endurance。 文中用了 “instead of”,而问题中用了“rather than”,我们还要注意一个细节问题,“instead of”后跟动名词,而“rather than”在这里要用动词原形。 In t
、he new P.E. program, children learn to liftweights, balancetheir diets and build physical endurance rather than (learn how to )climb a rope。 As for P.E., someschool boards either _。同样,我们很快就找到了相关信息,because school boards often "put P.E.on the chopping block, cuttin
、g itentirely or decreasing its teachers orthe days it is offered,"对语法敏感的考生马上能看出 “either”与 “or”的关系,对于体育教育,一些学校采取什么做法呢,要么 “cutting it entirely”,索性取消,要么 “decreasing itsteachers or the days it is offered”,减少教师或减少课时。 As for P.E.,some school boards either cut it(P.E。) entirely or de
、crease its (the)teachers or the days it is offered。 第 83题 ,What are the twoproblemswith simply teaching groupsports? Another problem with simply teaching group sports in gym class is thatonly a t
、iny percentage of studentscontinue playing them after graduating from high school。对语义敏感的同学马上就会从 “Another problem”想到,前文肯定写到了一个问题,我们会找到“The researchers also foundthat teaching sports like football resulted in less overallmovement, partly because reluctant students wereable to sit on the bench。”
