15、言知识,又是一种重要的语言输出和交流手段。为了继续推动全国广大中学生的英语写作热潮,提高全国广大中学生的英语写作能力,2016年英语辅导报社将继续举办全国中学生英语作文大赛。全国中学生英语作文大赛是一项全国性的英语学科技能竞赛。本竞赛自2004年起至今已成功举办了十二届,深受广大师生的欢迎与支持。本竞赛分年级进行,各个年级的学生都可以参加相应年级的竞赛。参赛学生可以通过此竞赛激发学习英语的兴趣,检查学习效果,获得荣誉,并建立学好英语的信心,为英语的持久学习和发展提供巨大的动力。本大赛获奖证书已成为中学生升学、留学,教师评职称、评优和晋级等的重要参考依据。2016年英语辅导报社将举办第十三届全国
16、中学生英语作文大赛。本竞赛将严格遵循教育部下发的中小学生竞赛活动管理若干规定的文件精神,在各级教育部门和教研部门的领导和支持下,规范有序地进行。一、竞赛时间1. 2016年全国中学生英语作文大赛初一、初二、高一、高二各年级组竞赛时间从2016年1月18日起至2016年6月30日止(以当地邮戳为准);2 2016年全国中学生英语作文大赛初三和高三两个年级组竞赛时间从2016年1月18日起至2016年3月30日止(以当地邮戳为准)。二、参赛对象全国各省、自治区、直辖市(包括港、澳、台地区)所属义务教育初中段学生,全日制普通高级中学学生、职业高中学生、中等师范学校学生、中等职业技术学校学生和培训学校
17、学生。三、赛题设置题材不限,体裁以记叙文、议论文、说明文为主。文章要有标题。词数:初中:70-120词;高中:100-150词。作文稿要求参赛者用钢笔、圆珠笔或碳素笔写在16K白纸上(不得打印)。写作要求:1. 紧扣主题,选材角度新颖,语句通顺,内容完整,贴近实际、贴近生活,思想、情感、态度积极向上;2. 字迹清楚、整洁;3. 正确使用标点符号;4. 征文要求参赛者用铅笔、钢笔或碳素笔在16开白纸上书写;5. 征文必须要有指导教师(只限一名)。 四、参赛办法1. 本竞赛分初一、初二、初三、高一和高二和高三6个年级组分别进行评奖。2. 此次竞赛本着学校和学生自愿参加的原则,既可以由教研部门和学校
