1、人道物流论文：人道物流的协同机制研究【中文摘要】随着全世界灾难的频繁发生,人道物流得到了越来越多 的关注.人道物流的是救援受灾群众,减轻灾难和有效率的使用有限的资 源.而人道物流协同那么是提升灾难救援效率和效益的关键,也是实现人道 物流目标的重要手段.但是,由于灾后救援环境的复杂性和人道组织间存 在竞争等原因,使得组织间的协同成为人道物流的一大挑战.因此 ,对人道 物流协同问题的研究是有必要和有意义的.首先 ,在回忆相关研究文献的 根底上介绍了人道物流的概念和特点,接着对人道物流的参与者：捐赠者、 人道救援组织、军队、政府和企业(公司)单独进行了介绍和分析.然后分 析了人道物流协同的动因、协同

2、的目标和协同的类型与内容；从救援环境 影响因素和组织内部影响因素两个方面分析了人道物流进行协同时将面 临的挑战和可能获得的速度优势、规模经济优势、范围经济优势和学习优 势等.其次,在完成了相关理论研究的根底上,提出了基于战略联盟的人道 物流横向协同机制.定义了人道物流横向协同战略联盟的概念 ,提出了三 种联盟组织模式：合作联盟、以某一成员组织为核心的联盟和以新设组织 为核心的联盟；构建了人道物流横向协同战略联盟的运作框架；采用集成 定义法(IDEF)对运作流程进行了设计；初步研究了人道物流横向协同联盟 运行的保证机制,包括：信任机制、信息共享机制、资源整合机制、收益 分配机制和鼓励监督机制.接

3、着对人道物流纵向协同机制进行了初步探 讨.分析了人道供给链与商业供给链的区别,简要介绍了商业供给链中企 业与供给商、仓储和运输等物流效劳提供商之间的纵向协同机制,同时对其应用于人道供给链的可能性进行了分析.最后,介绍了人道组织在灾难救援中建立联盟的三个案例：四川“ 512民间救助效劳中央、NGO3川救灾联合办公室和联合国联合物流中央(UNJLC),并进行了比照分析.【英文摘要】 With the frequent occurrence of disasters around the world, humanitarian logistics is gaining more and more a

4、ttention. The purpose of humanitarian logistics is alleviating the suffering of vulnerable people and efficiently using limited resources. Collaboration in humanitarian logistics is a key to improve efficiency and effectiveness of disaster relief, and an important means for achieving the goal of hum

5、anitarian logistics. However, many factors contribute to collaboration difficulties in disaster relief, such as the inherently chaotic post-disaster relief environment, the competition amongthe relief organizations and so on. Therefore, the research on collaboration mechanisms in humanitarian logist

6、ics is necessary and meaningful.Firstly, this paper reviewed some of the relevant literatures, introduced the concept and characteristics of humanitarian logistics. Then separately introduced and analyzed of humanitarian logistics actors, such as donors, humanitarian relief organizations, military,

After that, this paper analyzed the motivation, purpose, type, challenges and advantages of collaboration in humanitarian logistics.Secondly, on the base of the above research, this study proposed that humanitarian organizations through establishment of strategic alliance t

8、oachieve humanitarian logistics horizontal collaboration, Defined the humanitarian logistics horizontal collaboration strategic alliance concept, proposed three alliance models and build humanitarian logistics horizontal collaboration strategic alliance operational framework. Using integration defin

9、ition method (IDEF) designed operation processes. Preliminary study humanitarian logistics horizontal collaboration strategic alliance operation protection mechanisms, including:trust mechanism, information sharing mechanism, resource integration mechanism, income distribution mechanism and incentiv

10、e supervision mechanism. Then, this paper discussed the vertical collaboration mechanisms in humanitarian logistics. The characteristics of commercial supply chains and humanitarian supply chains are compared. Briefly introduced the commercial supply chain vertical collaboration mechanisms, analyzed
