18、市，五大连池市更是以农业为基础 产业的县级市。种植业生产关系到国家粮食安全，关系到国家的稳定和长 治久安，农业稳则天下稳，农民富则天下富。国家教育部在中等职业教 育改革创新行动计划中提出要“培养400万扎根农村、服务农业的技能型人才，造就数以亿计的有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民”。因此，中 职学校的现代农艺技术专业只有立足农业、面向农村、服务农民，才有广 阔的发展空间，才有旺盛的生命力。五大连池市地处松嫩平原过渡地带，是一个以农业和旅游业为主导产 业的县级市，总面积9874平方公里，人口 37万。耕地面积458万亩，林 地583万亩，草原220万亩，水面19万亩，是国家重要商品粮基地和国家

19、116个基本农田保护示范区之一，是黑龙江省麦豆主产区、省大豆振兴计 划示范市和省特绿色农产品生产基地，主要种植大豆、小麦、玉米、马铃 薯以及矿泉水稻等特绿色农作物。我市土地肥沃，草原丰富，水质清新， 发展现代农业有着得天独厚的自然条件。为实施“千亿斤粮食产能工程” 和“社会主义新农村建设工程”，市委、市政府制定了 “建设高纬度寒地高 效农业开发带，大力发展现代农业、绿色农业和优势农业，促进农业产业 化进程”发展战略，着力推进标准化生产、产业化经营的生产方式，加快 了现代化大农业的发展速度，促进了农村发展、农业增效、农民增收。我校现代农艺技术专业是省级重点专业，早在1984年农技高中和成人中专就
