9、程： 设计图号：施工部位：青岗岭大桥交底内容：一、工程概况大桥位于青岗岭村，桥梁起点里程桩号为K24+089.50,终点里程桩号为K24+161.50,本桥平面位于R=2500mffl曲线内，线路与包茂高速的夹角为55度，桥梁以右偏角55度等角度布设。地系梁断面尺寸为1.3mx 1.5m（宽X高）， 设计为C30钢筋混凝土结构。二、地系梁施工工艺及方法地系梁施工前首先完成桩基检测工作，墩柱钢筋笼及系梁主筋集中在钢筋 加工场加工，采用自制运输车运送至现场进行钢筋焊接和绑扎，模板采用 定型钢模，混凝土在搅拌站集中拌合，硅罐车运输至现场，采用溜梢入模， 混凝土的施工采取冬季施工措施。2.1、 桩头凿

29、正加强筋，校正加强筋与 主筋的垂直度，然后点焊。在两根主筋上焊好全部加强筋后，转动骨架，将其余主筋逐根照上法 焊好，然后另于骨架搁于支架上，套入螺旋筋，按设计位置布置好螺旋筋， 并绑扎于主筋，点焊牢固。钢筋笼加工制作成型后要有足够的刚度，以便能安全的运输与吊装。钢筋笼安装时为保证不变形，采用 25T吊车两点起吊，钢筋笼中心必须 对准墩中心，墩中心采用全站仪准确放出，焊接时采用四点定位法，首先点 焊四根钢筋进行固定墩柱钢筋笼，然后再逐一焊接其他钢筋2.4.4、 系梁钢筋现场绑扎墩柱钢筋安装完成后进行系梁钢筋的绑扎，从钢筋加工场将加工的系梁 钢筋半成品用钢筋运输车运至现场，并堆放在方木上，然后进行

30、现场绑扎。 现场绑扎必须严格按照施工图纸和技术交底进行。2.5、 模板安装模板采用大块定型钢模，螺栓连接，使用前进行打磨、刷油，现场用吊 车进行安装，下部采用预埋锚固件固定，上部用拉紧器、钢筋进行固定，模 板外侧采用用方木在坑壁与模板间支承。2.6、 混凝土施工混凝土在拌合站集中拌和，混凝土罐车运往工地，在运输过程中同时对 混凝土搅拌，防止离析。地系梁边缘搭设溜梢，混凝土罐车直接对准溜梢放混凝土。溜梢底距混 凝土浇筑面高差不允许大于2m混凝土进行分层浇筑，每层厚度不超过30cmi 为避免形成接缝，浇筑上层时插入式振捣器伸入到下层10cm,插入式振捣棒的移动间距不得大于振捣棒的作用直径。振捣棒与

31、侧模保持510cm的距离，防止侧模受振动器影响而发生变形 或碰撞模板、钢筋、预埋件等。振捣时采取快插慢拔的方式，插入和拔出必 须保持振捣棒的垂直。振捣时间以混凝土表面泛浆为好。2.7、 混凝土养护混凝土采用覆盖保温进行养护，在硅浇注完成后，顶面及四周用草帘、 棉被覆盖，拆模后系梁四周用土回填，利用地温蓄热养护，外露面用草帘及 棉被覆盖，防止硅表面冷却过快，产生收缩裂纹。对于个别易冷却部位（比 如钢筋外露位置），应特别加强覆盖保温。2.8、 标准3.1、 系梁施工中，对立模、振捣、拆模三个关键工序制定检验要点，逐 项控制，模板表面均匀涂油，接缝平顺、模板垂直，严格控制硅坍落度，分 层振捣，达到内

32、实外美。3.2、 伸入系梁的桩基钢筋在桩头破除后进行调直、清理，在系梁钢筋绑 扎前首先完成墩柱的钢筋骨架的安装，若系梁钢筋和桩基、墩柱钢筋发生干 扰时，可以做适当的调整，严禁随意切断钢筋。3.3、 为防止墩柱钢筋长时间外露生锈，可在钢筋笼上刷涂水泥浆。3.4、钢筋安装允许偏差钢筋的级别、直径、根数和间距均应符合设计要求。绑扎或焊接的钢筋 骨架不得有变形、松脱和开焊，钢筋位置的偏差不得超过下表的规定，钢筋 加工及安装允许偏差见下表。3.4、 盖梁骨架片在两端接头处，均采用单面焊接，符合10d的焊接要求， 在内部抗剪力钢筋要求和骨架片焊接为整体，然后拼装。3.5、 吊装到墩柱上，要求墩柱锚固钢筋要

33、完全伸入盖梁，不得外露出钢 架片，在吊装好后，在锚固钢筋上绑扎箍筋。3.6、 预埋支座垫石钢筋和防震挡块钢筋。3.7、 按照图纸上要求，钢筋加工布置制作，要符合规范要求，杜绝偷工 减料。三、模板安装及拆除3.8、 模板采用竹胶板及方木制作而成（详见附图）。2、模板与钢筋安装工作应配合进行，防碍绑扎钢筋的模板应在钢筋安装 完毕后安设。端头模板与梁体模板牢固连接，加固支撑，防止跑模漏浆。模 板安装完毕后，应对其平面位置、顶部标高、节点联系及纵横向稳定性进行 检查，硅浇筑前应将模板内杂物、已浇筑硅面清理干净。模板、钢筋报监理 工程师检查合格后方可浇筑硅。3.9、 凝土强度达到80蛆上，拆除模板。先拆
