The Seller/Shi

56、p-Master shall endeavor to obtain the Stevedores written acknowledgement of liability. Buyer shall be responsible for settlement of all stevedoring damage including but not limited to the necessary repairs to the vessel up to Master/class full satisfaction and any/all consequential time lost directl
