3、 trip by DCS emergency push button and 200 rpm and trip by GT MK 6 control emergency stop通过DCS紧急按钮逐渐增加到50rpm,通过GT MK6控制紧急停机跳闸Restart, accelerate to go to Purge speed for 5min and select normal stop重起,加速到吹扫速度5分钟,选择正常停止Restart, hold at purge speed and air blowing the piping of D5 and PM4, trip by DCS

53、7001FA、9001E或9001FA系列燃机驱动的发电机机组。操作指南以Mark V SPEEDTRONIC透平控制盘为例启动1总则。操作一台单循环的透平/发电机组即可以在就地进行,也可以通过远方遥控操作。下面的描述列举了运行人员、控制系统和机组在燃机启动时的操作或事件。请参考描述透平控制盘设备的文件控制盘和术语透平控制盘。以下内容是假定机组在盘车状态,可以随时启动。2启动程序a 用在DEMAND DISPLAY菜单中选择“MAIN”画页然后点击进入。(1)此画页显示速度、温度及机组的各种状况等参数。在<I>显示器上显示下面三条状态:SHUTDOWN STATUS(停机状态)OF

54、F COOLDOWN(盘车停止)OFF(闭锁状态)b用光标点击“AUTO(自动)”靶标后再点击“EXECUTE(执行)”靶标。(1) <I>显示器将出现下面三条显示:STARTUP STATUS(启动状态)READY TO START(准备启动)AUTO(自动)c用光标点击“START”靶标后点击“EXECUTE”靶标(1)机组辅机例如滑油泵将被启动以建立滑油压力。在<I>显示器上显示SEQ IN PROGRESS(程序在进行中)信息。(2)当条件满足后,主保护信号(L4)被满足,显示器上显示将变成:STARTUP STATUS(启动状态)STARTING(正在启动)A

55、UTO(自动)START(启动)(3)盘车装置将开始盘动透平转子,零转速继电器信号“14HR”将出现。当机组转速达到大约6rpm时,启动装置带电,机组开始加速。<I>显示器出现STARTUP STATUS/CRANKING(启动状态/高盘)信号。(4)当机组达到15转速时,最小点火转速信号(14HM)在<I>显示屏上出现。(发电机励磁系统开始启励建立发电机电压并通过UCAT变压器给机组冷却水风扇提供电源。否则发电机将在运行转速时才进行启励建压。(5)如果机组的构造要求在点火前进行热通道的清吹,启动装置将以清吹转速按照清吹计时器的设定时间进行高盘。清吹计时器的设定参见控制规范参数设定图(6)FSR将被设定成点火值(FSR燃油流量冲程基准是决定进入透平燃烧系统的燃油流量的电信号。)点火程序被触发,<I>显示屏上将显示START UP STATUS/FIRING(启动状态/正在点火)信号。(7)当火焰出现,<I>显示屏上显示那些装有火焰探头的燃烧室的火焰状况。(8)FSR将设定为暖机值,<I>显示屏将显示STARTU
