25、的 条 款规 定 ， 接 受 方 应 告知 其每 个知 悉机 密 信 息 的 职员 、 董事、雇员、专业顾问、代理人和其他人该类机密信息的机密性质，且 接受方同意为上述的任何人违反本协议规定的行为负责。接受方应保护 披露方免于遭受每一个，由于接受方任何违反本协议(包括但不限于由 于辩解或解决宣称此类负债索赔的每一损失、债务和成本)的行为而造 成的直接和间接损失、债务和成本。本协议不包含任何的阻止披露方寻 找其他补救方法的内容。7. 28、的补偿。因此，接受方特此同意披露方有权以特殊方式履行本协议的义 务，不受指令约束，也可经有管辖权的法院发布特殊的补救办法。8. 34、庭 或其 他政 府 机 构 的 合法 命 令，或法律法规的要求或法律或司法程序的要求被迫披露任何的机密信 息，接受方可因咨询意见法律要求其披露的，披露机密信息的相应部 分，且仅限于要求其披露或提供的部分，合法披露的部分，接受方应首先通知披露方，以使其有机会获得保护命令，也应尽最大努力与披露方 在后续业务中合作。12.
