Adjustments and implementation 调整和执行调整和执行1.1 General 概述概述Control electronics and functions are equal with all different Polarteknik CRH3 door

4、types, so following instructions are valid for all types. Differences are listed and noted.所有不同类型CRH3列车的Polarteknik门的控制电子和功能是相同的,因此下面的指南对所有类型门都有效。差异将被列出。All door mechanisms are pre-tested and adjusted at Polarteknik according to agreed values. This means no adjustment of speed, obstacle detection, c

Adjust the vertical position of the locking bar (2) by turning until it just reaches to the base of the m

12、echanism at its highest position 1 mm. Tighten the lock nut. 拧松锁帽(5)。通过转动调整锁舌(2)的垂向位置直到刚好碰到机构基座,在其最高位置-1mm。拧紧锁帽。 Loosen the lock nut (7). Adjust the horizontal position of the locking bar to the middle of the door mechanisms profile. Make sure that the locking bar is perpendicular to the mechanism.

15、General functions 总功能总功能1.1 Starting up after powerless condition 无动力后启动无动力后启动Switching the power on, the door system starts. The door acts as follows depending on the position of the door leaf:开启电源,启动门系统。根据门页位置,车门进行相应动作:1.2 Opening 开门开门Infrared remote sensors located on both sides of the door will

16、activate opening. 安装在车门两侧的红外遥测传感器将激活开门功能。Opening time is approx. 3 sec. The door remains open 10 sec (open hold time) after reaching the open position or after passivated remote sensor. 开门时间约为3秒。在到达开门位置或者关闭遥测传感器后,车门仍然维持打开状态10秒(打开维持时间)。A small holding current in the motor holds the door in the open p

Opening can be activated also by pulling the door open approx. 40 mm from the closed position. 电机提供一小维持电流用于车门保持在开门位置。也可以通过从关门位置推开约40mm来激活开门。1.3 Closing 关门关门Closing begins automatically after open hold time when there are no more active remote sensors. Closing time is also approx. 5 sec. A s

18、mall holding current in the motor holds the door at the closed position.在等候打开维持时间后,当有源遥测传感器不再激活时,自动启动关门。关门时间约为5秒。电机提供一小维持电流用于车门保持在关门位置。1.3 Safety function due to obstructed motion 遇到障碍物使得安全功能遇到障碍物使得安全功能 If the door motion is obstructed while opening, the safety function stops the movement. Then the

19、door closes approx. 1 sec or 10 cm stopping there and starting opening again. If an obstacle will still prevent the opening, the safety cycle will be repeated 4 times (5 attempts total) and then the door stops (automatic gangway door closes by the spring). The remote sensors are not affecting openin

20、g in this situation. The failure indication activates, but the attempt counter will be resetted in the close position when the home sensor will become active and the door will be recovered. 如果在开门时,车门移动受到阻碍,安全功能将停止其移动。然后车门关闭大约1秒钟或者10cm并停住,接着再次开门。如果障碍物仍然阻挡开门,安全周期将重复4次(总共5次),然后车门停止(自动过道门通过弹簧关门)。在这种情况下,

Closing motion begins after open hold time (10 seconds) if there is no remote sensor active. The program counts the numbe

22、r of closing attempts. If the number of closing attempts exceeds the set limit (5 times), the door stops (automatic gangway door closes by the spring force as far its possible). Manual restart is needed or auto reset will operate after 15 seconds. 如果在关门时,车门移动受到阻碍,安全功能使其反向运动并完全打开。如果遥测传感器没有激活,在车门打开维持了

Troubleshooting 故障检修故障检修2.1 Failures indicated by the DCU 由由DCU指示的故障显示指示的故障显示The DCU is equipped with a function LED, which enables monitoring the status of the door system. If the door system malfunctions repeatedly, or doesnt start, check the fol

29、而产生。也有可能由于组装错误而产生。2.5 Periodic Maintenance 定期维护定期维护The first maintenance check is carried out 1 year after the door system has been taken into use. This maintenance must be completed for the validity of the warranty.第一次维护检查在车门系统投入使用1年后执行。这次维护必须根据质保的有效性完成。 Then the maintenance work is carried out eve

30、ry 4 years.然后每4年执行一次维护工作。After some 10 year of use, some wearing parts will be replaced. Parts will be ensured by endurance test.使用十年后,更换一些磨损部件。同时必须确保更换的部件执行了疲劳试验。If a damaged component is found in the 4 year periodic maintenance check, the component will be replaced.如果在4年维护检查周期内发现有损坏部件,则更换该部件。Note:
