5、机电动机额定工况蒸汽流量 1692.525422.285 t/h额定工况下净热耗 7572 8706.5 kJ/kW.h (1808.52079.5 kcal/kW.h)低压末级叶片高度 1050mm435mm小汽机额定平均背压 6.28kPa1.21.2 机组的主要热力工况1.2.1 汽轮机在额定进汽参数、额定背压、回热系统正常投运,补给水率为0%,能连续运行发出额定功率,此工况称热耗率验收工况(额定工况,即THA工况)。1.2.2 汽轮机在额定进汽参数、回热系统正常投运、背压11.835kPa,补给水率为3%时机组能连续运行发出铭牌功率,此工况称为铭牌工况(夏季、能力工况,即TRL工况)。
6、1.2.3 汽轮机在额定进汽参数、额定背压、回热系统正常投运,补给水率为0%,进汽量等于铭牌工况进汽量时能连续运行,此工况称为最大连续工况(即TMCR工况)。1.2.4 汽机在调节阀全开,额定进汽参数、额定背压、回热系统正常投运,机组能连续运行,此时称为阀门全开工况(VWO)。1.2.5 汽轮机在额定进汽参数、额定背压,三二级高加全部切除,汽轮机能发出铭牌功率,此时称为高加全部切除工况(高加全部停用工况)。1.3 机组的通流部分设计1.2.6 本机组整个通流部分共48396级叶片,其中高压缸+111312级、中压缸813级、低压缸4X72X5级。1.2.7 调节级动叶片为三叉三销三联体叶片,低
7、压末三级动叶片为调频叶片,其余叶片均为不调频叶片。1.2.8 调节级喷嘴及动叶采用新的2193D2195、21792197型线,并在喷嘴外壁采取子午面型线通道。 高 、中压缸及低压前四级叶片全部采用新设计的马刀叶型。1.2.9 高、中压缸及低压前四级叶片全部采用根据可控涡原理设计的新叶型,低压缸末两级采用马刀型静叶动叶为自带围带结构。1.2.10 低压末级动叶片采用1050 mm叶片中压缸及低压前四级动叶为自带围带结构,并采用高强度的“P”型叶根。 1.4 计算中热力系统的有关参数 1.4.1 管道压损 再热系统压降10%,1、2、3段抽汽压损3%,其它各段抽汽压损5% 主汽门调门及进汽管道压
