6、jectany order solicited by the Agent outof his Agency Agreement Territories.Companyand the Agent understandand Agree that it can be to theirmutualbenefit that Company enters also, in direct contact, with Client intoAgent Territories. For such direct sales, Agent shall receive suchcommission as set f

For orders accepted and approved , Company shallinvoice the custome

Company will pay a Commission of sevenpercent (10 %) of the total value of
20、 contract. No sales commission willbe paid forthe startup services , creating, dock charges , insuranceand any other charges related to the shipping. B/Agent agree to cooperate with, which are in directwithout the written cons
22、entcompany in conduct oftradeshows, and exhibits, and assist and cooperate in various trainingprograms scheduled by the company, in the agent territories.第 7 条:A/ 凡是与公司直接竞争的产品/ 未经本公司书面同意列出的产品/ 服务,代理不得订立任何协议来争取订单或推广相关的产品,或服务。 B/ 代理商同意在贸易展览, 展览会提供合作。 公司在代理地区安排的各种培训计划,公司同意相应的帮助与合作。C/Agent duringterm of

24、ly used/in operation of businessof company(Trade Secret).Agentshallnot discloseany ofthe earliersaidtrade secrets , directly, orindirectly, or use them inany。way, eitherduring the course of the Agent Services under this Agreement. All filesrecords and any other documents relating to the business of
25、company,whether prepared by Agent or otherwisecoming intothe possession , shallremain in exclusive property of the company and shall be returned tocompany in the event of termination of this agreement.
