1、2014-2015学年第1学期材料CAE/ CAM仿真技术课程论文连杆工件受力仿真计算学号:20113451姓名:许 璐 迪班级:材料3班一、项目描述本项目旨在通过有限元的方法模拟连杆工件的工作状态,分析连杆工件在受到拉应力或压应力时应力应变情况。具体工况见 图1-1,图中看到连杆的作用是将活塞承受的力传给曲轴,并使活塞的往复运动转变为曲轴的旋转运动。连杆机构中两端分别与主动和从动构件铰接以传递运动和力的杆件。在往复活塞式动力机械和压缩机中,用连杆来连接活塞与曲柄。连杆多为钢件,其主体部分的截面多为圆形或工字形。连杆是汽车发动机中的重要零件,它连接着活塞和曲轴,其作用是将活塞的往复运动转变为曲

2、轴的旋转运动,并把作用在活塞上的力传给曲轴以输出功率。图1-1 活塞连杆工况示意图连杆在工作中,除承受燃烧室燃气产生的压力外,还要承受纵向和横向的惯性力。因此,连杆在一个复杂的应力状态下工作。它既受交变的拉压应力、又受弯曲应力。连杆的主要损坏形式是疲劳断裂和过量变形。通常疲劳断裂的部位是在连杆上的三个高应力区域。连杆的工作条件要求连杆具有较高的强度和抗疲劳性能;又要求具有足够的钢性和韧性。传统连杆加工工艺中其材料一般采用45钢、40r或40MnB等调质钢,但现在国外所广泛采用的先进连杆裂解(conrod fracture splitting)的加工技术要求其脆性较大,硬度更高,因此,以德国汽车

3、企业生产的新型连杆材料如C70S6高碳微合金非调质钢、SPLITASCO系列锻钢、FRACTIM锻钢和S53CV-FS锻钢等(以上均为德国din标准)。合金钢虽具有很高强度,担对应力集中很敏感。所以,在连杆外形、过度圆角等方面需严格要求,还应注意表面加工质量以提高疲劳强度,否则高强度合金钢的应用并不能达到预期果。本次连杆工件受力仿真计算设定材料各项同性,为40钢,连杆详细情况见表1-2,其中杨氏弹性模量EX=2E11Pa,泊松比PRXY=0.3。实际连杆工件的结构示意图见图1-3。零件名称中心孔距/mm厚度/mm大头孔直径/mm小头孔直径/mm材料热处理硬度/HBW屈服强度/MPa备注连杆21

4、73865.529.540钢调质207-241350表面无裂纹,氧化,腐蚀等缺陷表1-2 连杆零件材料详细情况图1-3 连杆零件实物图二、建模过程1、建模思路首先,创建点、线、面等结构单元,然后进行拖拉得到三维实体单元,再利用booleam运算将各实体单元拼凑到一起,并挖掉多余部分而得到近似的连杆工件模型。利用ANSYS进行分析求得连杆工件简单工况下的应力应变状态。2、单元类型选择本次连杆工件实体单元的类型为SOLID45【Brick 8node 45】。3、材料属性选择本次连杆工件实体单元的属性: EX=200GPa,PRXY=0.3;4、几何建模西南交通大学材料科学与工程学院 学号:201

5、13451 姓名:许璐迪步骤1步骤2步骤3步骤4步骤5步骤65、划分网格启动网格划分工具,将智能网格划分器(Smart Sizing)设定为“on”,将滑动码设置为“5”,确认Mesh Tool的各选项为“Volumes”、“Tet”和“Free”。网格划分完成后的结果图,经统计此实体模型所包含的单元数目见为63901,节点数目为13090。具体情况见图2-1。图2-1 划分网格示意图三、载荷与约束设定说明:模拟最简单的情况,不考虑交变的拉压应力和所受弯曲应力,工作过程中某一时刻瞬间,连杆工件只受到最大拉应力作用。设定连杆工件小轴孔内面受到全约束,连杆工件大轴孔内安装一个耦合的轴,轴的示意图见

6、图3-1,用于承受作用力,详细约束和载荷见图3-2。然后通过有限元的方法模拟连杆工件的工作状态,分析连杆工件在受到到应力时应力应变情况,以求解可在轴上施加的最大载荷。约束:对连杆工件小轴孔内圆环面设置全约束。载荷:对连杆工件大轴孔内的轴施加面载荷P,方向为X轴负方向。图3-1 轴的示意图图3-2 约束和载荷设定示意图四、结果分析此连杆零件材料为40钢,经过调质处理后抗拉强度可达570MPa600 MPa,屈服强度大约350 MPa,此连杆零件工作状态为动载变化,必须考虑疲劳强度情况,一般钢材疲劳强度为0.45-0.5b,所以此40钢材料的疲劳强度理论最低值大约为250 MPa。则此连杆零件在安

7、全工作受力状态下,其结构上所受最大应力值应不超过250 MPa。通过有限元的方法模拟连杆工件的工作状态,经过反复加载和求解,最终确定施加面载荷P=70.7 MPa时,连杆零件上最大应力处的应力为=250MPa,此时受最大应力的位置在连杆工件小轴孔与杆的连接处,也就是说这里是整个连杆工件最薄弱的部分,只要保证此处所受力不超过安全应力,那连杆工件就是安全工作。加载的力F=P*S,施加载荷的面的面积是S=0.0016平方米,所以算得在轴上加载的力为F=113kN,也就是说活塞传给曲轴的力大约不超过113kN就是安全的。图4-1 连杆零件等效应力云图五、命令流 1.建模的命令流/BATCH /COM,
