13、  图1NE555引脚图介绍如下：1地 GND 、2触发 、3输出 、4复位 、5控制电压 、6门限(阈值） 、7放电 、8电源电压Vcc。 图2：简单的ne555电路应用 2.2、设计要求 小功率限电器电路具体设计要求如下：（1）查阅所用器件技术资料，详细说明设计的小功率限电器电路工作流程.（2）要求用电功率超出设定值时，该装置能自动切断电路，停止供电；只有当小于设定值时，才允许电路接通.3、 设计方案3.1、设计思路 市电先经过降压器降压。经过整流与滤波后进行过载判断，若过载则蜂鸣器报警。并对电路进行检测。3.2、工作原理及硬件框图 工作原理：市电经过T1降压，IC1整

14、流、C2滤波，为电路提供12V直流工作电压，经IC3稳压后为时基电路IC4和蜂鸣器IC5提供6V工作电压。正常用电时继电器J处于释放状态，不消耗电能，JK闭合，负载得电工作；T2用于负载功率识别，当负载得电工作时，电流流经L1，在L2端产生感应电动势经IC2全波整流，C3滤波，R1、R2、W分压，耦合给IC4的2、6脚，IC4连成单稳态方式，作为电压比较器，当IC4的2、6脚电压低于1/3VCC，3脚出高电平，经R3使V2饱和，V3截止，J处于释放状态，JK闭合，电路维持正常供电；由于IC4的3脚位高电平4.5V（由于R3、V2的be结电流的降压作用，输出由6V变为4.5V）,D1不足以导通，

15、V1截止，蜂鸣器不发声。 当用电负载超过限定功率时，L1中电流增大，L2两端电压升高，经IC2整流，C3两端直流电压立即升高，IC4的2、6脚输入电压大于2/3VCC，其状态反转，3脚输出低电平，V2截止，V3饱和导通，J得电吸合，蜂鸣器得电发声，实现声音报警。C3两端的电压通过R1、W、R2放电，将逐渐降低，当IC4的2、6电压降低为小于1/3VCC时，IC翻转，3脚变为高电平，V2饱和，V3截止，J释放，JK闭合，再次对负载功率进行检测，如超负荷负载已经已经拔掉，J会重复上述断电过程，超负荷报警期间电路对负载的检测周期为30秒每次。C1为电路保护电路，可防止超电压、欠电压、断开火花进行保护
