It is advised to check and determine with a phase sequence meter. 3、检查由发电机出口空气断路器引来的常开辅助接点，保证其接触良好。特别是对于旧机组改造时必须用先万用表最低电阻档确认其动作时接通良好。有可能时可将两对开接点并联一起用。3. Especially the transformation of old units shall be checked with the minimum resistance scale of a multimeter first to ensure the good connection when the device operates. 23、n parallel when possible. 4、励磁变压器的输入和输出端子8、18、9、19专门为需要带励磁变压器的发电机组而设置，一般发电机不用接线。在出厂前已经分别将外接端子8和18、9和19两对短接，不要拆除短接线。4. Input and output terminals of excitation transformer 8, 18, 9, 19 are specifically designed for generator set with excitation transformer, and shall not be connected to general gener

External terminal pairs 8 and 18, 9 and 19 have been short connected, and the short jumpers shall not be removed. 5、额定励磁电压低于40V的发电机可能需要接入励磁变压器，需要接入励磁变压器时请将两个短接线解除，励磁变压器的输入端子接励磁变压器一次侧输入240V，励磁变压器的输出端子接励磁变压器二次侧输出120150V。励磁变压器的输入和输出端子有同名端要求，8和18是同极性的同名端，接错时无励磁输出。5. 25、tation voltage lower than 40V may be connected to the excitation transformer. The two short jumpers shall be removed when connecting to the excitation transformer with the input terminal of the excitation transformer connecting to the primary side input 240V, and the output terminal of the excitatio

26、n transformer connecting to the secondary side output 120150V of the excitation transformer. Input and output terminals of the excitation transformer shall be dotted terminals because there is no excitation output in case of wrong connection. 8 and 18 are dotted terminals of the same polarity. 6、装置外

Magnetize for Excitation 在发电机组残压很低时，按起励按钮不能起励，这时请按以下步骤操作：请特别注意：发电机电压接入线A1、B1与发电机电流接入线IC、IC*不能取同一相，必须为异相接入，N线取自发电机的中性线。“调试”档运行状态时

Do not press the + button for too long time to damage the device. 1、合上隔离刀开关将电网电源引到励磁控制器。1.Close the isolation knife switch to lead the grid power supply to the excitation controller. 2、励磁状态转换开关SA打向“调试”，这时励磁电压、励磁电流会有输出。如果输出的励磁电流和励磁电压过小，长按增

37、ltage is about 360V. 五、并网试运行和发电机专用参数设置V. Grid-connected Trial Operation and Motor Parameter Setting 1、并网前请先检查控制器后面的“并网/单机”切换开关应打向“并网”位置1.Check whether the "Grid Connection/Stand-alone" switch behind the controller is turned to "Grid Connection" before grid connection. 2、面板励磁状态转换开

38、关SA打向“运行”， 启动发电机至额定转速，按下起励按钮，发电机电压建立，GDX-1(2)励磁控制器上电运行，自动调整发电机电压跟踪电网电压。如果电网无电压，控制器将电压调至400V。2.The generator voltage builds up and GDX-1(2) excitation controller operates by turning excitation state switch SA on the panel to "Operation" to start the generator to the rated speed and pressing

If the grid voltage is zero, the controller will regulate the voltage to 400V. 3、控制器参数的基本参数在出厂前已经设置好不要随便修改，用户只需要对控制器两个专用参数6和6b进行设定。3.Basic parameters of the controller have been set before the controlle

Grid-connected Operation of Generator

54、1、参数设置好、控制器前后开关位置正确，检查无误后可将发电机起励并网运行。1. The generator can be excited and connected to the grid after setting the parameters and confirming that the front and rear switches of the controller are correctly located. 2、发电机并网后，逐渐打开调速器开度增加有功负荷，这时请按切换键查看电网电压和发电机电压：当“电网电压”亮时，数码管显示的是电网电压，当“发电机电压”亮时，数码管显示的是发电
