You are suggested to read this chapter before applying the instrument.31安装注意事项Installation precautions311安装环境要求：The ambient requirement1. 专机专房必须安装在独立的房间内；Set aside a special room for the instrum

36、ent- It must be installed in an independent room.2. 房间要进行特别的防X射线装修处理（如采用防辐射墙料和门窗）；The room must be decorated with X-ray shielding material.(e.g. material on wall, door or window should be resistant to radiation)3. 房间内要配备冷暖空调、电脑、打印机等设备；The room must be equipped with air-conditioner, computer and prin

37、ter.4. 房间内不宜有水源、热源、强电磁干扰、易燃物和大量积尘，以及阳光直射。There shouldnt be water source, heat source, strong electromagnetic interference, inflammable material or bulk dust in the room. The room should not be exposed to direct sunlight either.312避免将本机安装在以下环境：Avoid installing the instrument to the following environm

38、ents.l 湿度极高和温度极低的环境An environment with rigid high or low temperature.应避免将本机安装在水龙头、热水器、加湿器等附近，以及温度过低的环境中。如果温度过低，当仪器温度升高（至常温）时，仪器内会形成潮气，这样会毁坏电路板；雨水、湿气、和液体含有矿物质，会腐蚀精密部件。Avoid installing the instrument near a tap, water-heater, humidifier or any place in low temperature. If the ambient temperature is to

39、o low, then when the instrument get warm (rising to normal temperature), humidified vapor will be formed inside, which will damage the circuit board. The raindrop, humidified vapor or liquid usually contain minerals that erode the precision parts of the instrument.l 高温环境 High temperature environment

40、高温会缩短电子器件的寿命、毁坏电池。High temperature will shorten the lifespan of the electron devices and damage the battery.l 大量积尘的环境Bulk dust environment 灰尘会污染仪器的光路系统，导致仪器检测不准甚至无法检测。Dust may pollute the light path system of the instrument and lead to inaccurate measurement results or inability of measuring.l 易挥发或易

41、燃物的附近。Near volatile or flammable material 切勿将本机安装在酒精、油漆稀释剂或其他易燃物附近，如果易燃物质与本机内部的电气部件接触，可能会导致火灾或触电事故。Please do not install the instrument near ethanol, paint thinner or other flammable materials. When the flammable materials contact with the electronic parts inside the instrument, a fire or electric s

42、hock may occur. l 易受震动的位置Place vulnerable to vibration 应避免将本机安装在不平稳的桌子或支架上，如柔软表面、不平稳或易受剧烈震动的位置，否则可能导致本机跌落或翻倒，造成人身伤害和财产损失。Avoid installing the instrument on unstable desks or brackets. Nor soft surfaces or other places uneven or vulnerable to vibration. Otherwise, the instrument may fall or turn over

43、, which may cause harm to people or damage to property. l 强电磁干扰的环境中。Strong electromagnetic interference避免将本机安装在电视机、高压电缆、大功率天线、电焊设备、收音机或类似电子设备的附近。Avoid installing the instrument near TV set, high-voltage cable, high-power antenna, electric welding devices, radio or electronic equipments like this. l

44、狭窄的空间或靠墙角处 Narrow space or against a corner.应为本提供充足的安装空间，仪器每一侧距墙、门或其它器物的距离应保持在30cm以上，以便本机操作时不受限制。Ample room should be set aside for this instrument. The distance from the sides of the instrument to wall, door or other objects in the room should be over 30 cm. This benefits the operation of the instr

Any actions taken by laypeople may damage the instrument.l 不要溅入液体或让任何异物掉入本机内。如果异物与本机内的电气部件接触，可能会引起短路并且导致火

46、灾或触电事故。Dont splash liquid on or let other objects fall into the instrument. When alien objects contact with the electronic parts inside the instrument, it may cause short circuit and lead to a fire or electric shock. l 如果本机冒烟或发出异常噪音，应立即关闭主电源开关，从电源插座拔出电源线，然后致电当地的授权Skyray经销商。在这种情况下继续使用本机，可能会导致火灾或触电事故。

47、同时应避免在电源插头附近放置物品，以便随时能够拔出本机的电源插头。If the instrument gives off smoke or makes unusual noises, turn off the mains supply as soon as possible and pull out the plug from the socket. Call the local authorized Skyray agent. Under this circumstance, to go on using the instrument will lead to a fire or elect

48、ric shock. Meanwhile, avoid piling up things around the power supply. Ensure the plug can be pulled out at any time. l 为安全起见，长时间不使用本机时（例如在夜间）请关闭本机的电源开关。此外，作为附加的安全措施，长期不使用本机时（例如连续的假期期间），请用防尘罩盖好，放在干燥、通风的安全之处，关闭主电源开关并且拔出电源线。For security reason, the instrument should be disconnected with power supply wh

Furthermore, the instrument should be covered with dust-proof cover and seated in a dry, ventilated place as additional safety measures. 42仪器操作Operating the instrument421如何打开仪器电源：How to turn the machine on:首先检查电源、计算机、仪器之间是否已连线，并确定之间的连线正确无误后开启电源。开

50、启电源的正确操作为：Check if mains supply, computer and instrument are correctly connected and turn the power on if everything is OK. Carry out the procedures in the following sequence:1. 打开总电源开关Turn on the mains switch.2. 打开X荧光分析仪器主机电源开关Turn on the power of the XRF spectrometer3. 打开打印机电源开关Turn on the power o

51、f the printer4. 打开计算机主机电源开关Turn on the power of the computer422如何把样品放入仪器检测：How to put the sample into the instrument for detection?1. 抓住仪器盖把手往上推开打开样品腔。Grasp the handle of the cover and push upwards- open the sample chamber.2. 然后把待检测的样品放进样品腔中的测量窗口。Place the sample on the detecting window in the sampl

52、e chamber.3. 抓住仪器盖把手往下压关闭样品腔。Grasp the cover and press downwards-close the sample chamber.4. 重复以上步骤把检测完的样品取出Repeat the above steps to take the sample out after detection.五、仪器的维护和保养Repair and Maintenance天瑞仪器是具有优良设计和工艺的产品，属高科技贵重精密仪器，应小心使用和保养。我们给予的以下建议，可帮助用户遵守保修条款和延长仪器的使用寿命。Skyray instruments are produ

53、cts of good design and fine workmanship. They are precious high-tech instruments which are highly sophisticated. They must be handled carefully and maintained properly. The following suggestions may help you to follow the warranty terms and prolong its service life.建议：Suggestions1 仪器应由专人使用并负责保管，任何其他

54、人员在未经允许的情况下不得接触、操作和搬动仪器。The instrument should be used and watched by a specifically-assigned man. Without permission, anyone else should not touch, operate or move it.2 仪器应配有交流净化稳压电源，以保证电源稳定。The machine must be configured with AC purified regulated supply to assure a stable power supply.3 不要尝试拆开仪器，非

55、专业人员对仪器拆卸和组装会损坏仪器精密部件。Do not try to disassemble the instrument. Actions done by laypeople may damage the machine.4 仪器在使用、搬动和保管的过程中要特别小心，以免磕碰损坏内部元件和损伤外观。Be particularly careful in moving the instrument. It is easy to damage the internal devices or spoil the appearance of the instrument once stumbled.

56、5 仪器在测量中要避免受到干扰，例如：受到电机、振动、电焊、电磁、高压等的干扰。In process of detection, the instrument must be protected from interferences such as electric motor, vibration, electric welding, electromagnetism and high voltage.6 仪器要时刻保持干燥，雨水、湿气和液体含有矿物质，会腐蚀精密部件。Keep the machine dry. And mineral substances in rainwater, hum

57、idity and other liquids may corrupt its precise parts.7 仪器不要在有灰尘或肮脏的地方存放和使用，否则会污染光路系统导致测量结果不准。Do not use or store the machine in dusty or dirty environments. The dust may pollute its light path system and lead to inaccurate measurement results.8 仪器不要在温度过高的地方存放或使用，否则会缩短电子器件的使用寿命、毁坏电池。Do not use or store the machine in a too hot place because high temperature shortens the life of electronic parts and destroys batteries.9 仪器不要在温度过低的地方存放或使用，否则当周围的温度升高（至常温）时，仪器内会形成潮气而导致电路板毁坏。Do not sto
