2、押金，合同期满后一次性支付给乙方。第三条 工作范围甲方根据工作任务需要安排乙方的具体工作岗位及职责（龙虾基地生产、日常家禽养殖、蔬菜种植、水稻种植）。第四条 工作时间采取不定时工作制，具体工作和休息时间由甲乙双方根据情况适时安排。乙方请病假事假须经甲方同意，甲方将按日扣发工资，在合同期内，病假事假累计不得超过30天，连续病假事假不得超过3天。超过或未经甲方同意而擅离职守的，甲方有权解除合同，并追究乙方的违约责任。第五条 工作纪律、奖励和惩处1、乙方应遵守甲方规定的各项规章制度和劳动纪律，自觉服从甲方的管理、教育。2、乙方如违反甲方的规章制度、劳动纪律，甲方有权解除合同，并追究乙方的责任。第六条

3、 生病及事故责任约定甲乙双方约定，乙方在工作期间因病或非工负伤的，医疗及相关费用自理，医疗期内不能继续工作的，甲方不支付劳务费，同时甲方有权解除劳动合同。第七条 聘用合同的变更、终止和解除1、聘用合同依法签订后，合同双方必须全面履行合同规定的义务，任何一方不得擅自变更合同。确需变更时，双方应协商一致，并按原签订程序变更合同。双方未达成一致意见的，原合同继续有效。2、聘用合同期满或者双方约定的合同终止条件出现时，聘用合同即自行终止。在聘用合同期满一周前，经双方协商同意，可以续订聘用合同。3、甲方单位被撤消，聘用合同自行终止。4、经聘用合同双方当事人协商一致，聘用合同可以解除。5、乙方有下列情形之

10、n on schedule andguarantee the quality of work.4.Party B shall respect Chinas religious policy, and shall not conduct religious activities incompatible with status of an expert.5.Party B shall respect the Chinese peoples moral standards and customs.Revision, Cancellation and Termination of the Contr

11、act1.Both Parties should abide by the contract and should refrain from revising, canceling, or terminating the contract without mutual consent.2. The contract can be revised, canceled, or terminated with mutual consent. Before both Parties have reached and agreement, the contract should be strictly

12、observed.3.Party A has the right to cancel the contract with a written notice to Party B under the following conditions:(1)Party B does not fulfill the contract or does not fulfill the contract obligations according to the terms stipulated, and has failed to amend after Party A has pointed it out.(2

13、)According to the doctors diagnosis, Party B cannot resume normal work after a continued 30 days sick leave.4.Party B has the right to cancel the contract with a written notice to Party A under the following conditions:(1)Party A has not provided Party B with necessary working and living conditions
