1、第一部分自我分析通过这些天的网络远程培训,作为一名初中英语老师,我深感教育技术运用在英语教学中的重要性。英语不同于其他学科,她不像语文作为我们的母语学生可以自由运用,也不同于数学强调逻辑推理。在英语的课堂中,我们需要从最基本的字母开始接触一门语言。这导致了在初中阶段,学生需要扩充大量的词汇以及基本的语法结构,这些无疑会增加英语课堂的枯燥性。因而,各种教育技术尤其是现如今的多媒体运用在英语教学中有着很大的作用。对于我个人而言,我在教育技术的运用上的优势如下:优势:现代教育技术内容十分丰富,它包括电子课件、网络教育、远程教育等,它集图文声像于一体。可以刺激学生的多种感觉系统,充分调动学生的学习积极
2、性,激发他们的学习兴趣。作为一名年轻的教师,我自己本身接受的教育就是在老师的各种技术运用下完成的,因而对于各种教育技术和手段都有接触,便于我更快的接受他们并将他们运用到课堂当中去。其次,由于刚刚走上工作岗位,自己的教学模式还没有固定,可以有更多的尝试将不同的教育技术运用到课堂当中去。第三,本身的计算机水平也极大的帮助了我对于这些教育技术的运用不足:在将各种教育技术运用到课堂的时候,有时候会为了运用技术而强加了一些,导致课堂上面实质性的内容被技术运用给掩盖了,减少了课堂板书,技术掩盖了课堂的重难点,让学生有时候不能充分的把握课堂内容。改进:在今后的教育技术运用当中,要始终记得技术是为了课堂而服务
